embarrassed myself?

Hi guys! Quirky aries asking for advice. In love with colleague. Awkward, I know.

After a job meeting I felt bad and ended up sitting on a bench on my own, kinda with the crying face et al. He came up to me to ask "if I were OK" and suggested I come talk to him. Me: looked super aloof, didn't end up going out of fear of embarrassment. I ended up texting him to apologise about being embarrassingly cold, he says "no worries, didn't want to intrude your privacy, just know if you're ok", before talking about work again. He did tell me not to feel awkwardness but. too. late.

BUT, anxious me:

1. does he know think im private as heck and don't wanna communicate with him? (just couldnt really open at the moment)

2. does he think im not interested in sharing things, i.e., not into him, as a result?

Lemme know guys im sad
