Natal chart ranting

Does your sun sign have any importance in your appearance and personality? My chart is too contradicting.....Scorpio sun but a pisces rising. Instead of getting the perks of being a Scorpio I get pisces being not that attractive, overly sensitive, and scatterbrain. If someone is a Scorpio but with a pisces rising, would they be stunningly handsome/beautiful or just plain?

your rising sign is only the mask that you wear in front of people who don't know you.

Also aren't Pisces and Scorpios supposed to be naturally attractive? I've never met an unattractive Pisces...at least none that I know of..

Well, your Pisces rising is what others see. Any planets in your first house can affect your appearance. What's sign/house is your Mercury in because that can affect how you think, communicate, etc.

But Pisces rising are beautiful ppl...ruled by Jupiter/Neptune!!!

My mercury is in Sagittarius. My moon is aries, my venus, mars, and neptune are in capricorn.

I just wished it was the other way around. I may be a Scorpio sun but I don't get any of the perks physically/aesthetically that a Scorpio rising gets being that they are soo magnetically appealing and attractive. I feel barely noticed.

My ex bf is a Scorpio sun & Pisces rising .. he's good looking & has a nice personality

How would that work with having a Capricorn venus and mars? As far as eyes go, there's scorpio sun but then there's the pisces rising.
