This Scorpio guy that I barely know sometimes talks about his interests such as what kind of food he likes, an experience he just had, or even his dream of going to Hawaii someday. I have never asked him questions about any of these things. He just tells me all this stuff without me asking. I know Scorpios are reserved and private people, so if he tells me all this without knowing me too long, what does it mean?

He could be very comfortable around you or he could be manipulating you by purposely making you believe that he feels comfortable around you. Yeah, that's a strategy in the "player" handbook that a lot of guys use.
