Have You Ever

I was listening to the Michael Basden Show, (Syndicated) on my way home yesterday, and he was discussing people who have been stalked, or have stalked someone.

Me I have never stalked, but I have been stalked buy a guy who was in my parking lot waiting for me to get home and came to my door drunk, I had to call the police on him he was about 6'5 about 200lbs, and to make matter worse he was married, boy was I scared.

My pride won't let me do such a degrading act.


So my question is, Have anyone been stalked or have stalked?

I would rather die than stalk anyone..thats the behaviour of the lowest of the low..but have been stalked...twice..not nice!

I stalked my ex for more than 6 months not because I was a psycho. Funnily though, she never got to know 😛

I know it is hard for people to except that the man/women don't want to be with you anymore and I know it is hard to walk away from somebody that you really and truly love.

But what does that say about you. Could/would you do it again?

And probably also to do with the fact that she just disappeared...

Stalking is hard to do! That takes a lot of time and energy...Not that I have done it. But I have seriously given it major thought. But I always try and dig deeper into that thought. Like "Is that really necessary"? Do I not have a life? Who is this person that they deserve to be stalked by me!

So I always wind up talking myself out of it. But I have driven past a couple of houses but never followed the person. I would be to scared to get caught or trip and fall or something. It's scary the devious thoughts I do have but my conscience always gets the best of me. So I behave...Most of the time 😉

Ugh SL you listen to Michael Baisden? He is soooo corny! I mean I used to listen to him but then he started getting beside himself. I mean why should I have to refer to myself as a "young old head" because I listen to a certain type of music or am a certain age and carry a certain amount of knowledge.

I think I heard that segment before though. He does raise some good points. But at other times he could just shut the hell up.

ROFLMAO I was listening to that too yesterday! My ex husband still stalks me. He has tried to get into my cellphone account. He clearly googles my current SO to find out where I will be. Its mildly creepy but what am I going to do? We have a kid together.

LOL Yea he was synidicated here about a year ago when Howard University Radio did away with the WHUR Morning Show that was on campus and gave the show to him in synication. They gave him a year to prove himself here in DC because WHUR was a really popular radio station that was on this campus.

I did not like him at first, and yes he does have some very interesting topics.

call the cops, get a restraining order. I know all those thing may not work but like that women said yesterday...

She got her brother's, and they put anote on his car that said "Someone is Watching You" and left a bat. LOL

Sometimes he can be a bit of a chauvanist. That irritates me.

I think that my current SO has stalker potential. I'm not sure if people just naturally are stalkers or if you just meet someone who brings out your obsessive side.

I can believe that, because when people pushes your buttons your really don't know what you actions can be.

I wonder do we all have stalker potential but never been in a situation that it had to come out so hard?

I've chosen to ignore it. I've found that actually paying any attention to it just validates the behavior. He wants a reaction from me, no matter how extreme it is. The reaction is what convinces him that I still care.

Petworth actually. Then we moved out to Greenbelt MD after I had my daughter.

Of course, I still worked in the DC off of Dupont circle.

......his name was Ciaran S......he was 14 and I was 16......I plagued my parents to give me money to go to the chipper every nite time - just so that I could get a glimpse of, if not him, then just his house:-)!!! When playig tennis, I would accidentally lob the ball into his brother's court next door, just to see his reaction, if I saw him on his bike, home I would run and hop on mine and rush after him.....his nickname was "Ralty" - he had sallow skin, blue ocean eyes but he wasn't the least bit interested in me at the time.......only a few years ago, I was near city centre and who do I see walking towards me only Ralty....he had his kid on his shoulders and was now minus a headful of hair....I thought to myself if only you know the lengths I went to:-) - of course he didn't recognize me......but those were the days:-)

Yea I used to live in Petworth, Georgia Ave. They build the place up putting a lot of apt. where the train is. I have live in greenbelt in Springhill Lake apartments right behind the Greenbelt Mall.

Have you ever eaten at Goins....we they have been shut for about a year know.

I never ate a goins. I know where Springhill Lake is. We lived in the townhomes - Windsor Green off of Greenbelt Road, across from the HS.

My bestfriend still lives in DC right off of Georgia Avenue. I noticed that the demographics of the neighborhood were changing. There were white people getting on and off at the Georgia Ave metro stop. That didn't happen when I lived there.

DC is waaaay to busy for me. I would get lost or become scared. Way to many opportunites to get myself into major trouble.

NY is way faster than DC....actually I could never live in NY, nice place to visit. Yes a lot of whites are moving here because of the metro trains are all over the place and the convience if good. It is also getting to be very expensive to live in DC...I currently stay in MD, not far from the DC line, I do love DC night life though

karima you should visit some day I will show you around, take you to some go-go clubs.

sure you can. Take the train to Union Station,will meet you there. Come inthe summer on a saturday morning and we can spend the day together injoying the city.

The spy Musemum is like all the espionage, and russian spys in the past and present. I just was to go to see who has done what. I do n't know to much about spyism, it sound interesting. People be like I don't want to see who and what is a spy etc. I do...I like to be able to pick a spy out on the street if I saw one.

I've never stalked anyone. If he's not interested, he's not interested. Me spying on him won't change that.

I've been stalked once by an aquarius and once by a taurus, both exes. This happened shortly after we split up. It took them a couple of months to get the hint and leave me alone. The taurus actually said he was doing it because he couldn't get over me.

No, I don't eat out much, I do go to a lot of clubs here though
