I said it in another thread, it's just a spell. It only lasts so long and it's completely normal for Scorps to check out for "me" time. Sometimes it's just being tired or wound up, you don't want to be around when we don't like ourselves. It's a powerful thing, but it's our thing. Don't make it about you, because you're the anchor, the thing that brings him back. Sometimes life doesn't go the way we want and that messes with us, but having a hard point to go back to is so comforting.
