How do scorpio men feel about a woman who ....

is upfront? I think this guy likes me. I think he's playing games as in pretending not to like me w.e. He hasn't made a move, but a ton of other guys have, but they aren't him and I want what I want! I see him staring at me at times. He also seems to go out his way to ignore me. However my gut tells me he likes me. I'm tempted to ask a coworker about him, but this coworker likes me so I don't think that's wise.

My last resort is to be upfront and in a round about way let him know I'm interested. I've never done this before. I just really don't want to miss out and want clarity.

See, its hard to start small talk with him when we are alone. When we are alone he seems disinterested. In a group he has my attention. So I'm literally scared to talk to him.

Why would you want to be with someone whos playing games with you? This gives him the message you don't value yourself enough for him to step up to the plate and be a gentleman. I don't get it. I have a scorpio partner, the only time he is rude to someone or condescending is when he doesn't like them.
