Oh gods, don't get me started on the swill that is 50 Shades! I'm all for erotica, but it had better be superbly written. I'm a complete literary snob! I haven't read 50 Shades, but the excerpts I've read are so horribly done, the characters are poorly created, the whole thing is a slap in the face to anything resembling intelligence.
