I'm feeling a bit discouraged...

There are so many beautiful men and women out there, that it's hard to pick just one, and the one you pick may find it hard to be with just you, because there are so many beautiful men and women out there. I feel like the only solution is to find your soulmate, which could be a life long journey that ends in heartarche, because there is no such thing as a soulamte. Do you believe in soulmates? If so, what is your definition of a soulmate? Do you believe it possible to discover that your soulmate isn't the one for you, or is a complete marker? Would that mean, then, that he was never your soulmate to begin with?

truthseeker, soulmates are true we only have different definitions. The reason that some people dont find there soulmate is that they dont know where to look or they have set a high level of standard.

Soulmates are just like friends on a higher level. They just come, you dont have to look for it.

I don't really believe that there is only one true soulmate to each particular person,there can be many of them.Some even being a person you will never be attracted too,maybe even a family member.Again it's up to you to be able the see them,don't have preconceived notions and judgements of and about people.Yeah a total ass that doesn't work out could be a soulmate.Did this person change you in some way,enlighten you to something you would have never knew before them?The experiance and learning aspects of particular people(that is of the rare,one in a million type)is what I consider soulmates because they have an effect on the person(soul)you are.And they find you when you actually need it,of course you might not know until afterwards and the lessons learned or are always there and overlooked.
