So if he cares about you; but he is just getting some action on the side. Maybe in his mind, he's loyal to you, in that his heart is solely yours. However, I think thats up to interpretation. Clearly his interpretation of loyalty lies in the heart, not the body. Benefitting his situation.

From what I've seen, heard, experienced...there are some scorpio males when they're dating someone and they do not love her, they can have other flings on the side...But, once they do decide to be serious in terms of a commitment and they are in love, they are loyal.

Hmmm....are things possibly becoming too routine or too predictable? Cuz that can make anyone bored. Why don't you try changing things up a bit?! Not seeing him as often so when you do you miss each other like crazy!! Or try taking up new hobbies together, going to new places, exploring new adventures, etc. It can help!
