damn. he knows. im just flirtatious type. but i like him. i tried to let him know he's special to me. dont know if it worked out, cause im obsessed about showing men too much
attention in order not to chase them away 😒

but dont scorpios run away when the other person shows too much attention and care?

Good question. I would love to know the answer.

I am currently getting the cold shoulder/no answer to emails and no phone calls from mine. We had a slight tiff over the weekend and I'm wondering if he is sulking or deliberatly giving me the cold shoulder.

I attempted to ask what was wrong but have yet to get an answer or anything from him.

You have to get it just right, not too much attention and not too less..If you give us too much, your invading our privacy, we'll go cold on you..When he's being nice to you be nice back, when he's being a real git to you, be a real git back..simple..

oh god, so it sounds like i gave him too much and now he gots cold on me... damn 😒 we got on really well... and now i feel like idiot. i just showed him i missed him. in a funny way.

do you scorpios come back or once you got bored/felt someone is too clingy you look for another ones?

So then what do you do? Just watch and wait for them to come back?

Ignor them untill they want to talk? I really hate games and this sounds like a game to me. Is this what you should expect when dating a scorpio?

i am in a long term relationship with a scorpio and this is a recurring theme with us. although this might not seem helpful and may be considered obvious, much depends on what your Scorp is trying to achieve. they like to contol a situation I find, and sometimes not responding to you is their way of doing that. i tend to think the majority of Scorp men appreciate a strong woman. therefore, show him that you are not hurt by his games and emotional drama (which is very much intended by him), and that might bring him around...

cool. thats what im trying to do. fingers crossed.

my intuition says either he's taking revenge on me now because i were too flirtatious to everyone or he met someone else.

or he's gay.

lol! he could just be a jerk - sadly not all scorps are of the evolved variety. you are too good for him! that being said, i remember something i read which was posted by Dancing Bread sometime ago which struck me as spot on: Scorps choose you rather than the other way around. So if this guy really has his heart set on you (which is entirely possible notwithstanding his current behaviour), he will indeed come around...nothing will stop him. the trick is just to move on (even if it kills you).

Good luck.

Am off to bed now - it's 2253 over here.

Take care

I have no problems with passion and intensity, its the childish games that bother me. I am the matter of fact type of person who would rather you openly tell me whats wrong even if it is me, so it can be fixed, instead of this. "I'm not talking to you crap" when something goes slightly wrong.

That was part of my tiff with Mr. Scorp this weekend that caused him to go cold on me. I made an advance on him to be more open and he completly shut down on me. I realized I was too pushy and apologized for trying to get him to go beyond his comfort zone with me and he has been moody ever since.

was meant to be going to bed and couldn't help myself...it's the libra in me having to say one more thing - lol...it's true what DB says in respect of taking the good with the bad with Scorp. My Scorp is emotionally intense about EVERYTHING (including his love for me), but with that comes mad drama. It's all a part of the territory. I don't think you did anything wrong, and there was no need to apologise. Be strong and confident in your asserting your emotional needs. I think the Scorp will ultimately respect that. Even if he doesn't show it initially. Remember they like to control a situation, their actions are often designed to elicit a certain reaction/response from you.

i have to agree with Mr DB here...it takes an incredible amount of patience and usually years of observation to understand where a Scorp is coming from. I have known my Scorp for nearly 1/2 my life (although we haven't consistenly been in communication), and although this helps, there is still a lot I need to learn. But if nothing else, I understand that he will not be moved beyond where he is ready to go until HE considers it safe/appropriate/necessary/has worked out all the risks.

Ok perhaps your right I shouldn't call his behavior childish. I just don't understand this behavior at times.

So then I am to understand that the watch and wait method is the only way to with him at this point and if he feels he is ready to talk again he will come around? Or is there another way to deal with this?

absolutely...it is like balancing a tight rope at times. :-) but ultimately, i feel I have come to understand where he is coming from, even if I don't always figure out his methods or his motives. it is a rough ride at times, but the relationship is worth it.

Also by me pushing too hard to get him to open up, have I just pushed him away? Is he giving me the slow goodbye, or is he just in hiding at the moment?

I guess I have a lot to learn about men of this sign.

"Understand, that if you keep up too strong at this...he will completely leave the relationship...b/c to him, he would rather be alone than to risk his 'openness'...understand that scorps can be terrified to let others into their minds...and I think he is one of them..."

That makes sense, I guess the question nowis based on his current behavior, have I already done this?

I like adding the "Mr" - it adds a certain distinguished edge. Ive been reading your posts for some time - you are kinda like the "Dr Phil" of the Scorp boards - just teasing :-) "Mr" is my way of being humourous. Imagine me saying it with a wink. I'm not actually british - i'm still learning the slang too, but I love 'dodgy' though - it is one of those words which just covers so many situations!! I am actually of caribbean descent - so you really wouldn't want me using my patois slang! lol

Preference noted, DB :-)

Yeah me too..I am not that affectionate to tell you the truth..I go all weird when people give me too much attention..then I disappear altogether..the Leo guy I dated used to say that I am cold..

I don't mind it in small doses every now and then..

Actually that fits very well to me. If I don't hear much about them I'll just leave them alone and get a message quite soon again.. Sometimes they even have to beg me to reply to them. See, I already got cold when waiting for their first reply.. You gotta do another to get me in game again.. lol πŸ™‚
