What makes these signs compatible any advice for this scorio gal?

I dated I Cappy for 2 yrs. It really is a great match. There is lots of stablity and security there. I founf that he was really encouraging at a time in my life when I needed it the most. They like to work alot though so that will be something that you have to get used too.
