Scorpio man — Weird?

Just like my scorp friend we have the same predicament and the same country glad there are 2 of us lol,my friend and i flirt a lot and i mean a lot that everyone thinks we have a relatonship and we just laugh at it until 1 day on new years eve she clings like a baby and said why dont you try a relationship with me i love you but i told her i dont believe her since i know that she already has a man who she said she wants the day before that,to make the story short she kissed me while everyone is not looking it was quick and caught me offguard,she message me the next day saying if i dont like her i have to tell and i was like we are better off as friends and then she tells me it was a joke(it doesnt feel like a joke) and the next day she change her status to in a relationship,confusing?yes,but i know her well enough to not fall victim to her manipulation
