Scorpio moon shut down

What's the scorpio moon shut down?

what is there sun sign? scorpio moon is all about control over their emotions ....only when they truly trust someone is when they are vulnerable with them ...then they reveal their feelings of course sun can greatly effect this I believe

My ex was an extrovert but had a Virgo moon so it was a disaster lol
but i found that the more a person shuts down and gets all secretive the more distrust there is and less understanding

Just became too much because although I am understanding I just never felt like the priority. So I ended it. And now I feel like the same thing is happening again. I feel myself withdrawing daily. I feel like my current girlfriend use to put in so much effort despite the time problem. In that sense she was different to my ex. She would make every moment count. Recently she doesn't seem to care as much. I know she's busy with work and what not and she's been stressed. Which I do understand but I feel like it's getting tougher and tougher. I usually say I understand and I do. I have my own life and I focus on me and my well being - mental and emotional. we can be neglectful but we love all the attention you give us, we just don't realize it until its gone. and we can be harsh, we don't realize how extremely sensitive scorpio moon is....
but i guarantee if she's with you, she loves you.
you'll just need to be very open with her...scorpio moon hates discussing practical matters until its too late and then they blow up on your azz and call you all kinds of names.
the problem with her is going to be her moon, the venus is loving, but her moon is about security and not being bothered by details of life...she wants to succeed. she'll focus on the big picture...
anyways communication is key, communicate your unhappiness....schedule times you guys can talk on a weekly basis, build a ritual

We are usually good with the rituals. Its just that I think I'm very sensitive and intuitive. If I feel like the slightest thing is off it can cause problems. I wish I could be more oblivious ha.

But I will say when I finally got his attention, he really did everything in his power to correct it. But getting his attention took some work and for a scorp moon, it took a lot to get me to work because I would just shut down. So I may be a bit off here because I'm a Taurus sun, not moon. But your post caught my attention because I've been involved with a Scorpio Moon. Coming from the perspective of a Taurus sun.... I'm a problem solver for sure. People know to come to me if they have a problem they need help finding a solution for, more so than coming to me just to commiserate, so if there are things bothering my partner I'll do whatever I can to make it better BUT shutting down isn't the way to go about it. You need to communicate & verbalize what the problem is. I don't do the whole poking/prodding for answers thing. To me, that's nagging & pushing people to talk about things they don't want to talk about, if they wanted to talk about it they would, right? When someone shuts down on me (this happens often with my Scorpio Moon) I'm not oblivious to the fact that there's something going on with him & I'll ask once or twice but without communication I'll just leave him be and we'll either talk about it when he's ready or he'll figure it out on his own. This often leads to the relationship being stagnant.

Very insightful! Thank you for taking the time to write this. I never looked at things this way before. I am deffintley the type will dig for answers and keep asking questions. To me I just wanna bring it out of the person. I know that Taurus aren't always the most upfront with their feelings. I suppose it's my way of showing I care. I know what you mean about shutting down. I suppose a lot of us fear rejection because we care so deeply.

I gave so much that I thought a "blood transfusion" (Leo moon dramatics but you get the gist?!) would be next and blood was all I had left to give. So I had to end the relationship.
Scorpio moons are clingy and needy. Just like the traits of a scorp but x10 as it is in the moon. Also Taurus is an opposing sign. Her moon is basically your opposite. You probably want to dig up things (scorp style ) whilst some things she prefers to keep private (Taurus style ) or she is not yet ready to disclose her feelings for fear of vulnerability (Taurus style ).
Yes we can be all those things you mentioned. Our love runs deep though.

I do shut down, especially when confronted and I'm feeling emotional.. Or when I'm asked to express myself.
I shut down when I'm hurt too sometimes.. or when I just don't like what is happening sometimes. Just ~mute~ . Sometimes I do speak...but its about other things or I try to deflect attention by being funny or talking about something but my mind regarding the main issue is just turned off.

You guys have a fight or flight kind of response that sometimes is based on something irrational. I don't know where it comes from but, being a scorpio myself, I know I can behave that way when I'm bored or need drama (and there are healthy ways to feed that need.....all drama doesn't have to have a negative undertone).
First thing I would recommend is to stop the analysis paralysis.....maybe set a goal of 48-72 hours of just not thinking about it and try to find something to distract yourself with. When you don't sit and spin thoughts....you can't freak yourself up over things that may not even be there.
Yes, she's busy. But busy is good....it means she's working towards a goal.....a common goal. If you two are coming together soon....or at least have a plan.....every day she's grinding away at work is one step closer to you. *That* may be her way of dealing. You may not be 'connected' by voice or text.....but I'm sure you are in her thoughts.

You guys have a fight or flight kind of response that sometimes is based on something irrational. I don't know where it comes from but, being a scorpio myself, I know I can behave that way when I'm bored or need drama (and there are healthy ways to feed that need.....all drama doesn't have to have a negative undertone).
First thing I would recommend is to stop the analysis paralysis.....maybe set a goal of 48-72 hours of just not thinking about it and try to find something to distract yourself with. When you don't sit and spin thoughts....you can't freak yourself up over things that may not even be there.
Yes, she's busy. But busy is good....it means she's working towards a goal.....a common goal. If you two are coming together soon....or at least have a plan.....every day she's grinding away at work is one step closer to you. *That* may be her way of dealing. You may not be 'connected' by voice or text.....but I'm sure you are in her thoughts.

Arise. So with that being said I'm pleased with myself for being open and honest about my feelings. Not easy.
Ugh the one thing I hate about being a scorpio moon is the bottling up, constant reassurance and fear of abandonment....Im lucky I have a lot of aqua in my chart so I can fix a lot of my problems...but it gets fucking exhausing the inner turmoil and torture I endure when im with someone and its hard for me to express my embarassing feelings and being vulnerable.
The thing is im 30 now and I choose really carefully who I spend my energy on, I have to be in a relationship where I can learn a lot from because I absorb a lot from the people Im surrounded by. I also have to make sure my scorpio moon likes the person.....My moon hated my ex lol, the aquarius in me loved my ex and on the surface everything was lovely but every now and then my moon reared its ugly head and my ex became a stranger, I sound skitzo but its the truth. Always listen to your instincts and gut when looking for a partner...our moon sign gives us very indirect but very obvious signals on what it wants.
