@everything I disagree a lot of "singers" can't sing like rihanna and she's a huge star. Beyonde voice wasn't as powerful as it was when she was with destiny child. Singing lessons helped them out and make their voices sound better when performing. Rihanna can't sing or dance and people like her because she uses her fashion to lure in fans. Ciara is a great dancer her voice just isn't that strong but these days the stars lack something and make up for it in other others so their fans can overlook their flaws. She isn't the best singer but she is very talented.

Rihanna can't sing? Girlfriend all respect to you but Rihanna can sing very well indeed. I'm a singer myself so I'm kind of a lil expert in the area if you'll allow me to declare myself as one haha. No honestly Rihanna can sing. Trust me. Not many people can sing like that.

But beyonce has always been able to sing, even if she's alot better now.

This girl can't hold a note, she doesn't have a voice to hold the note, that's why they're killing the auto tune on her every song. And that's why all her songs are not really real songs cause they don't include a melody that demands vocal skills, they're simple so you can talk all through the song.

Rihanna can dance 🙂 Hmm we're from completely different worlds I see sistah 😄 But I'm liking the discussion.

Ciara dances better than Beyonc? and sings better than rihanna. Cici sounds better acappella. I always felt like the studio did nothing for her voice, because it makes her sound a little different. She's very talented.

Lol well everyone is entitled to their own opinion but rihanna sounds horrible live she sounds better on the radio. Beyonce has gotten a lot better over the years but none of those women voices are as strong as the r&b soul music from back in the day they are no Artha Franklin of Patty Labelle. Those women voices were amazing and truly gifted.

Everyone just getting by on music these days.

I like Ciara her dancing makes up for her singing and she dances way better than Rihanna.

Those are just my thoughts though you like what you like and I like what I like 🙂

This was suppose to be an appreciation thread, right? I am also a singer, too. My passion is dancing. Just because someone doesn't have runs in their songs or if they don't have a powerhouse voice, it doesn't mean that they can't sing. Her voice is unique. It's hers... It's different. You think rihanna can sing, and she's garbage. Everyone has their own opinions. What I see is a beautiful talented woman.

I love her dancing! When she first came out I use to study all her videos and mimic the exact dance moves espicially the crab lol! I started dancing when I was 10 all the way to 16. Makes me want to get back into ballet and jazz classes I just need to find the time!
