Should I chase this scorpio?

So I'm an aqua and had this great thing going with a scorpio for several weeks. Then out of the blue this week, this scorpio ends up forming a relationship with another guy. Normally, I'd take the reject and move on but I don't want to this time.
What do other people / scorpio's think?
