I have read that unhealthy food can cause lots of sleepiness. Try to use some vitamins etc.

If you already doing it, then I have to change your life style , because your body cannot keep this one up.

Um, Haff, I went fishing all weekend, I'm not about to change the life style of fishing with no beers on the side. Ah well, then I deserve it. I'm not hungover cuz I didn't get drunk, just my body is aching for energy.

aguaaqi, the kids thing would definately work for me. No kids at my work though. Just hot stale air and bland radio, and little windows, and out the window is rain. 😢

I walk around, am drinking coffee, and chewing on caffiene gum - "Jolt".

I'm ready to crawl under my desk and hide.

Oh Gawd, I gotta quit drinking?!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Jeez I thot I was doing good since I quit my drug daze, so no wine even?!! What am I gotta have with dinner?!! NooooOOOOOooooo

I think that whole lack of sleep/legally-insane thing connects to suicide.

OK, so after work, I text my hunny, after my long tiring day we're gonna cook dinner, watch the hockey game & cuddle on the couch - just what I need.

OH, but now he calls & says some friends wanna go to a lounge & hang out, OR his other friends wants us down for a BBQ & fukkkkkkkkkkkkkkk, he always changes plans, and then I feel guilty cuz I'm holding things up. I just wanna lie on the couch next to my babe for once. He always wants to be on the go!!! I AM LAZY BULL!!! Sheesh, I like going out & having fun, but a little alone/down time for this tired girl would be much appreciated.
