same here.
Had to face alot of things I didn't understand. In a bipolar type way you get through it. I dropped off all social media for 6 months. I was only talking with my best friend(scorpio) and my ex(virgo) here and there. Even snapped on a few people for bothering me too much.
Overwhelming to say the least.
Since the transformation I don't react to anything really. It's light and fun all the time even when I'm around negative people. Nothing anyone does or say can get to me like it use to.
I've let go if controlling things, fear of the unknown, etc .. and just go the path to least resistance.
Tapped more into my intuition instead of ignoring it.
Ever since I stepped into my power I feel better and other people take notice.
