Venus in Libra woman??

Hi all, I'm Virgo male with Venus in Leo. And I have a Scorpio co-worker who is Venus in Libra. I'm about 15yrs older than her, although I look a bit younger than my age (48). Any advice from someone with similar expererience? I feel like I'm getting a lot of signals from her, question about what I like...etc.

Also look up Libra venus and Sag mars in synastry. Sag mars likes adventure, outdoor stuff, and rough/tumble. Libra Venus likes culture, softness, and beauty. The two can actually work together though; for some reason Libra is OK getting dragged ibto the outdoors, but she'll bring a blanket, picnic basket, and some wine, and sag mars appreciates the attention.
