Venus in Scorpio/mars in aquarius

Any of you Scorps have these placements in your natal chart?

Is it confusing to you?

The intensity of venus in Scorpio doesn't seem like it would "blend" well with the detachment and rebellious nature of mars in Aquarius

Any comments?

I would imagine it is!!

I guess they are both fixed signs... and I have an aqua rising, it plays pretty well with my scorpy sun and T-Moon- fixed much?

But I would guess that there is a tendency to both over analyse and intellectualise the relationship which could come across a bit cold... Aqua V are know for their aloofness...

For me, having Venus in Scorpio and Mars in Aqua is sort of like..when I fall in love, my Venus in Scorp lets it encompass everything, while Mars stands back and observes calmly and rationally, and when it ends I'm devastated. That's when my Mars in Aqua comes in and picks up the pieces, and helps me detach and puts me back together again.

I have the flipped. venus in aquarius w mars in scorpio. it is weird.

Hey!! that's my husband's Mars/Venus!!

Also, Ike Turner has those placements. ^_^

OOPS, my husband's is sag mars/scorpio venus. 😄

Yes, when I do fall in love (and it takes a long time to do so, with mistrustful venus in Scorpio and aloof mars in Aqua, falling in love isn't easy.), I am committed more than 100% . My obsessive side comes out, it's all or nothing when it comes to love for me.

But when there is conflict, Mars in Aqua likes to whisper in my ear to pull away..

Sounds like my boyfriend, he's got the same 2 placements. - Whenever we get into a little argument it's very easy for him to pull away and he calms down very easily... unlike me...

Finishing an argument is important to me... it helps me see his point of view clearly. And it's not that I LOVE to argue... but it helps me understand the other person better... as if when I see their darker side I can connect with them more. I'm Venus/Aries and Mars/Taurus . ;-p
