It depends on how mature, developed, open, vulnerable, and communicative the two individuals are.

On a general whole, these two signs will fight in order to reach harmony. There will be a lot of initial productive and unproductive fighting in the beginning, until they reach the point where they will both crack. When they are so fought out, they will allow themselves to open up and be vulnerable, to really speak without shields or walls. Then, and only then will they really progress into a deeper part of their love for one another.

These are two strong willed, stubborn and highly intellectual signs being brought together who happen to be very opinionated as well. However, if they are willing to stick by each other's side, always choosing one another and continually work at it. They will eventually learn to communicate and understand each other's nuances whilst compromising aspects of themselves without fundamentally changing each other into an individual they do not know or no longer recognise.

I believe those very traits above are also the key to their lasting power, they will fight against as much as for each other. It is the key to their strength and loyalty to each other as a united front. These are signs that will challenge one another, neither will be complacent, they will each force one another to grow, to develop, to see sides of themselves they are unwilling to face until they become a better version of themselves. They are harsh yet honest with one another but only with goodness in their hearts and of no malicious intent.

yazlan, you will have to be much more specific with your question in order for me to answer them as what you may have like me to. I could only give you a general response thus far from what you had inquired.

It really depends on how well they know one another inside out, if they really do know each other well. The arguments could easily go somewhere where it could hurt but usually even when arguments do get emotional.

This combination will somehow find their way back to each other. I also believe, these two eventually learn to use conflict in a healthy manner after they had their fair share of butting heads. It is a necessary lesson for two of such sun signs, especially of this combination to learn. They also come to realise conflicts are needed, it is a way for two very opinionated people to break open their boundaries and expand a little. It is a way of challenging each other to see things from a different perspective to perhaps learn a thing or two.

However on another point of yours, Virgent temper and anger is truly something to behold, when it escalates it explodes and all hell breaks loose.

You need to break something down into it's parts in order to build something new.

I believe conflicts in this case are used as a tool to grow and change for the better. It does not mean it is a daily or common occurrence but it happens and is needed. This shows that the two individuals, are still individuals and have not meshed into this one co-dependant mess but have their own thoughts, opinions, and minds. In my point of view, this is very healthy and is an important part of a good relationship.

To fight for the sake of fighting, and to fight to get somewhere meaningful are two very different things. In this case, conflicts are a way to find where harmony lies.

Thanks TheLadyScorpio for your insight. My question was more general in nature. Here is the background though to help you understand why I asked the question.

I'm the eldest son in a joint family system and head of the family. With the authority, there is a lot of financial and decision making responsibility on me towards the well being of family members. I'm also a businessman with high ambitions and goals for future. So for me, it is very important to have a harmonious life at home to achieve my goals and my wife-to-be will have a lot of responsibility (not just power). Now, my fiance is a Scorpio (20 Nov) and my mother is 22 Nov. There is a lot of (besides love and affection) mutual respect and admiration between me and my mother. She kind of exercises control over family through me (hint hint) but that's mostly when we both are on one page. We can have long stalemate over things where we differ (once, almost 2 years and another time 9 months) and both can be stubborn though not pissy about it.

Now, I think she sees her reflection in my fiance and expects her to take the mantle. Now, I wonder if she would have my mother's characteristics in the long run (tenacity, strength, character) and we'd have that kind of understanding and harmony. I'm a good communicator in a relationship and very stable with my emotions and dealings. So I would want my life partner to have similar emotional stability and strength of character. I'm not concerned as such but I need to know if I'm walking into storm; if I know, I can deal with it better.

We both have Taurus moon if that's any help.
