Well damn, I stand corrected. You see, elle was so caught up into helping you and answering for you, and if you take a look below at both of your avi's...well they are both so similar on the pages when smaller, both your words are eerily similar as well. Not justifying... again I stand corrected. I hadn't realized those two responses on pages 5 & 6 were from the FIXEDWATER avi.. ugh...my apologies. You can see that to be true, because I responded to elle...regarding your responses at these times on page 5 & 6: (shortly after elle calls me a "fucking idiot"..and "priceless" on your behalf of course..)

You know, I have often wondered what makes her so darn grouchy. I still think its cause she's not getting enough but it could be due to other things. Like a deficiency in sweets maybe? She could also be Pmsing, we all know how grumpy that can make us.
Poor thing... I am sympathetic though. I think she needs our Lovin the most.

If that's from PMS then she has some raging, out of control hormones! It might be other things, personal stuff, like work and or people in her life. I understand it but I don't think that's a good reason or excuse for being vicious and cruel to someone. She's not getting scott free on that part, sorry.
And yes, the coffee is fantastic! Got a mocha with almond joy creamer going on. I miss sitting on the back porch, swinging in the hammock and sipping coffee with you, though. I'd say come and visist but the heat is bad right now. :p

Yeah it does suck when life isn't going the way you want it to. Sometimes you have to just give up trying to control everyone and everything and let it be how it will be. Acceptance goes a long way towards peace and contentment.
I don't get the whole TS comparison and the way she seems to be putting a negative spin on it. I realize they don't get along but why should it bother me being compared to someone I like? Lol

can/will result in disappointment should that someone does not or could not return the favor.
I think..... do them the favor, expecting nothing in return, and because it makes you happy to do so.
The happiness is the true reward.
I think that's the way it should be.

Agreed! Usually it's easy to not expect anything in return because it's either done out of love for someone close to us, for care/concern for a stranger, or because we can empathize or even know what it's like to be in a bad situation (say, homeless and hungry), and sometimes you just do it because it's the right thing to do.
In the end, it doesn't matter WHY it was done, at least not from the stand point of the person getting the help they needed.

Picking up hitchhikers is pretty common in new New Zealand, To be honest Paying it forward or what we like to call being a good sort is fully ingrained in our culture. Ive never thought about it in this way before. A perspective change is refreshing!
