What's with Scorpio men coming and going?

I'm good friends with one and he and I have slept together and we have good chemistry, tell each other everything, spend a lot of time together and have good vibes. I'm over the fact he doesn't want a relationship and marriage with me. But the second I tell him I've found a bf, he's pissed! Leaves for a few days, then comes back. But this time, is like, I can't talk to you for a while. I don't get Scorpio men. My Libra perspective is we should not have had sex.
