Women and Sexuality

There needs to be more women in business and politics. Has anyone ever thought why the porn industry and escort services are both top of the list for lucrative business? It is because that is the woman's power. They can use their sexuality to exploit men.

It is discusting to see women, even in this day in age, viewed as second class citizens. But why would they need to exploit men? Because of white male's dominance, isn't it possible that women have been forced to this?

I'm intrested in seeing people's views on this topic because it is a current problem. I believe strongly that more women should be in power so there would be no expectation for industries such as porn. It is degrading and shouldn't be supported a much as it is.

Itz a woman who has the primary role in making man what he is. And who said they are second class citizens ? Isn't it entirely possible that in their own minds and mental world, it may be us who are actually the powerless puppets ? Perhaps when we perceive them to be surrendering their rights and meekly accepting a corner place, they may actually have scored a strategic victory. They feed our ego, put emotions to optimum use and sip onto the "real" power.

That is a bullshit comment. I was specifically saying that they don't have to do this. They should not be expected to just "play the part" as you would say. And speaking of China, a country which is very male dominated, if two children are born, a female, a male, then it is likely the female will be the one who is killed or sent to a home.

I would like to see a woman run for president no matter what her views are on politics. Polititians are used to playing the game of politics but I think it would take a serious change in events to wake people up and realise that we do need to see something different and that ill start with a woman in power. People are too afraid of that though. That kind of change can never be bad.

And for the record, Aedimus is not so mature. He just knows how to word things. He is a kid trapped in a younger pasty white kid's body that has been around for 25 years.

This is why places of political dealings need not to be full of republican parties or democratic parties ect. but be filled with a multitude of variety. It would be simply amazing and miraculous to see that in action but it is doubtful without the public support. People should never fear that kind of change.

Gaurav, that is what I was trying to say. You are very right and I want you to think what they could do if they weren't "underground". All I see in politics is a person's image. I want to see what is under the image and I think it's about time the women stop being looked at as beautiful and start being seen as smart. I couldn't have said it better, Gaurav.

Both genders have to step up: Women have to stop competing with one other on the superficial level of life, and support each other more where it really counts. It starts at a very early age/grade school. Teaching methods have to be much more gender specific, as males and females learn differently and possess critical strengths in certain areas that have to be fully nurtured for potentials to be realized. As for men, I'm not talking all men of course, but the great majority have to stop objectifying women. It doesn't help.. Expect alot more too, where it counts.. *do you want only arm candy or an equal in society..*in every way.. *use your own male strengths; include women more. Teach them poker, debate more strongly on worldy issues, expect more, toughen them up, and in-turn women will have more faith and hope in themselves in the more powerful roles of society. Women have great ideas, and much to offer. Who knows, maybe society would have had fewer wars, by now. I am all for a female President, as well. 'high time.. power and influence should never be gender specific.' Men make fantastic chefs, hair/make-up stylists, fashion designers, nurses, etc, etc. Women should be given equal opportunity in higher male dominated areas, as well. If they so choose it, of course. With that said; in the end, 'let it be the most qualified and capable (person) ..no matter the gender, race or religion.'
