Glad to see it's not all in my head, I know he feels it too. I know a lot of shit he went through and it it gave him a warped idea of what relationships are actually. He has no idea how to get one the normal way through dating, he always went from fuckbuddies to dating them for 3 months max and then dumping them cause he felt he missed something.
He desperately wants his own place to fuck around and do his own thing. His brother recently moved out the parental house and he instantly claimed the room as his 'den' while his old room got a double bed fitted in finally. He's nesting and it's cute 😄
He's got no job or income other than some odd jobs while he's looking and failing a bit at it, it frustrates him to no end to not have any money. I do things that don't involve the "I can't pay for this" or any money issues to come up.
Mentally he's changing a bit. He realized that the old guys he went for 'handsome/muscles/...' are fun for an hour but you cannot talk with them about classical music, finer things in life, .. so he DOES see it slowly. Guess if you bash your head enough times it'll crack a bit?
He has his issues but so do I and I'm working on it. I'm currently working on my body during the day and my mind at night. Finding a job myself, continuing with networking for my website, etc. I don't sit around and he commented on that, but that's all for me.
The only thing that makes this waiting hard is the fact that he's dating others. He's ready for them? It's not that I'm ugly or anything, I have a surgeon, advocate and bodybuilder (haha I know) pretty much jumping to get with me. They all just.. aren't him 😛

Well... Another water sign here. Not sure what I can add after crashing and burning with the taurus that still has my heart. I was able to see him for who he truly is, beyond the masks he shows to the rest if the world. I know this surprised him. I felt grounded around him and safe. At least initially until things started to change. Not sure if it was his fear or my insecurity that came out and did it. I do think his venus gem and my Aries moon were involved.
And even after it all... The raging bull that emerged when I poked too much but still held my ground... After the break up and moving out... I can still feel him. I sense him gravitate to me when we are in the same place both in watching me from across the room or in seeking me out. He still takes care if me though doesnt actually want to be me with (he says we lack sexual chemistry though it definitely didn't start that way)... I'm rambling though here.
I see the potential. Taurus with Venus in Gemini here . I often rushed into relationships when I feel Our personalities are great together . /sexually connected. Recently I got back with n ex Scorpio after he chased me for 3 years . His patient paid of so I gave him my all. So yes patient is a key as well ! My Venus in Gemini plays a big part in my moves . I dont move as cautiously as I choose . I often follow my guts /instinct when I make my decision . Seems like I'm one of the rare bulls out there ! I do love food though 🙂 I'm still very homely , down to earth honest individual just havt been slow in relationships . Too much to go into but have known each other for over 15 years. He will usually answer me when I ask something and doesn't shy away. As of late. . Not so much.

The main objective of this thread was to encourage more dialogue (communication) between Water Signs and Bulls.
I noticed that a majority (not all) of the complaints were from Water signs.
I'm glad some Bulls were able to chime in and share their experiences.

Megan Fox (Taurus Sun/Venus Gemini) also expressed her initial chemistry with Brian Austin Green (Cancer) as "Love at first sight." She admitted that she pursued/chased him until he gave in. Brian Green was coming out of a LTR with Vanessa Marcil and he was also a little concerned about their 12 year age gap.
This would be a case of a Fast Moving Taurus and a Slowing moving cautious Water Sign.

A majority of the threads that were posted on the Taurus forum were in regards to the slow moving approach of many Bulls...... and the individuals were not understanding where they stood.
I felt that a lot of their experiences were equivalent to many of my behavioral patterns. I felt that I could relate....The experiences they shared were 'frighteningly' familiar.
So I created this thread.
I will comment on their threads, sometimes, but I will MOSTLY observe. (a majority of my comments are reserved for the Virgo board).
Virgos are my kryptonite. 😉
But I still DO love Water signs, I always have. But I clash with them for the same reasons they seem to clash with me.
I do know that it's not applicable to all Water signs and Bulls.

meh, honestly, how can you start dating anyone if you are only looking to 'find someone to keep for a very long time'. i mean, you can't know those things until later lol after time passes and you just naturally get to know each other. Tauruses are TOO cautious , its ridiculous.
No one really needs 'constant affirmation and an overwhelming amount of attention' but tauruses? they expect you to be satisfied that they're there like a immovable rock, lump on a log next to you, that's enough affirmation he loves you lol
all the tauruses i know either married someone quickly within a couple years(because of looks, money,image and if shes a good housewife) and wanted to just settle down finally
or they just stay in a single bachelor rut where they can't seem to manage letting anyone into their lives.

eh, tauruses are practical but not very bright or deep, and are mostly judgmental and opinionated rather than clever enough to really figure anyone out. This sentence seems like tauruses judge and make decisions based on their opinion but that doesn't really mean they know the person at all.
I'm attracted to some aspects of Tauruses but overall they annoy me, I know them so well.
"Are you affectionate? understanding? an active listener? drama free? exuding positive scents? (ex, scented candles, cologne, perfume)cooking? funny and entertaining?"
jeez, tauruses sure ask a lot considering they don't offer much other than steadiness (boring), helps pay the bills, and like, fart jokes.

^^^^^^^^ THIS is my main problem. .. he.at times can be SO incredibly clear and concise and direct with his thoughts and opinions. Others trying to find a bag of clear marbles in quicksand. It's like seriously? !? If we are platonic. . Don't blur the lines. If you are testing me for more. . Say so. I think I've earned enough trust for him to be vulnerable with me..well at least it's been admitted to. My bff is a bullette and she is DEVINE. We get each other on some other level that I find amazing, refreshing and liberating. It's beyond fantastic. The bull. . Idk I just don't know. He asks me what I call qualifying questions only to shut down after asking them.

for bold, you can add the text you want to bolden between "b" and "/b" OR "strong" and "/strong" tags as shown in image, and for emoticons, maybe the list in the image might help. you just need to type what is in column 2 (next to icon) to get that icon. all might not work, but most should 🙂.
One thing just came to me and I wonder if it's why a lot of times that water and taurus (maybe even all earth signs?) struggle to get together - when there is that uncertainty in things - the water sign in essence just mirrors back the emotions that are stemming from the stubborn earth sign - not intentionally but because water morphs around what is near them - I'm not sure but have realized that when I was living with my bull what was the ultimate downfall of us was this cloud that seemed to hang over us when it was just us - his uncertainty/ fear was felt innately by me and this in turn caused my uncertainty and insecurity in it all. Perhaps if I'd been more aware of this when it was happening I could have changed my innate reactions - or if he was happy in himself and secure in what he wanted it wouldn't have reflected back to him off of me... I don't know - just a thought but along the lines of the water signs flowing around those around them... any one else have opinions on this aspect?
i know we all sit back and reflect on how we could have done things differently anytime things don't go as we wished. i do the same, and think as you are thinking about past actions. but i think if it is meant to be it will happen. we cannot control the outcome. and how we act/react at any given moment i think is more to do with gut than logic. we follow our gut, and try to give it the name of logic/reasoning. if it feels right it feels right, if not the gut is making you act the way you act. hmm.. i don't know what i am going on about here. but i wish things were simple. but we all (mostly women) take responsibility of an outcome upon ourselves, like, i wish i would have done things differently, and yet, you see men running/pursing women who won't pay any heed sometimes. sometimes there is no logic to how things pan out. we can only hope for the best.
I personally love and appreciate the honest, punctuality and inclination toward that which is good when it comes to my Taurus.
She is very decent about things, and usually stays in sync with me on most subjects. She's not given to political discussion as I am, and not really into current events and news as I am.
The only real "argument" difference we have is on her dog.
It's this annoying Chihuahua that is long overdue for a walk in alligator infested swamps. I love big, sweet, silly dogs like labs (really like vanilla labs). Not irritating flea-ridden rats that bark and act asocial toward adults and children.
Other than the rat, we don't have any major differences of opinion.
