It will get you what you want faster. It's ok for you to be open about yourself, in the beginning of course. Libra needs to see you completely vulnerable first, before they can/will completely open up.

What I often see and dislike with Libras is that in their mind they are always putting things off until 'the right time', or 'soon', whether that may be opening up to someone, confessing their love to someone, or about their home life, upbringing, family, love life, etc...
for myself it is a small trick i use. i give the impression of being very open so people feel comfortable. when you really take a hard look at it, i haven't been open at all. like sophia says, that takes years.
This bothers me because you guys always think 'there's always tomorrow', but that is not true. You are capable of dying any given second, getting hit by a car, brain aneurysm, getting shot, heart attack, the list goes on... How would you feel if the person you loved died right now and you never got a chance to tell that person how you really felt because you are just 'waiting' for the 'perfect time'. Or what if, God forbid, you die, if you believe in heaven, you will watch your secretly beloved be heart broken over your death, at least confessing your love to him/her will offer them some sort of closure as they are heart broken over your absence.
I try to explain this to my female Libra best friend all the time and she will never understand, she simply doesn't care, she is only set on her ways and that's final. Life is short and tomorrow is not always guaranteed.
I'm not saying you need to express and communicate every single emotion you have with everyone, but I agree with Busy, take action in your life, if you like someone tell them, if you want something more, tell them. Why wait? For what? For you to grow older and weaker? Time is against us on Earth and I will not sit back and watch the person I love fade away as he finds someone else while I am too busy being indecisive.

You need to literally tell him. But before you do that, what is his moon?
Taurus is a bold and brave sign, they are expressive in actions and words, if you are the bigger person to confess your feelings first, I' am positive he will looks at you with utmost respect and admiration. Even if he is not into, I'm sure you two will remain friends. Literally anyone would appreciate someone coming forward with their feelings towards that person, who wouldnt?

it's not necessarily about feelings it is more about sharing that private world. for myself i have close friends i have known for decades who only a year ago did i decide to tell my story to. it makes me wonder, can you ever truly know a libra? then again, can you ever truly know anyone?
you're right, i probably should be more proactive in my life but it's hard. some things are easier to ask for than others. and yes, i am always waiting for the right time, the right moment because i know if my timing is correct then my chance of success will be greater.

Does he always remeber everything you say? Does he bring you coffee/tea in the morning without you having to ask? Do you do hot and cold tests? What things or actions do you do to see the true intentions of another? Do you test a person by not answering texts or messages and going hot and then cold and see how long the person puts up with it?
When we meet someone new they are on their best behavior. After 3 -6 months, this is when people feel comfortable to let their guard down. This is when he really start to OBSERVE your behavior. What you do, how you do it, where you go and when. During this time, we carefully look to see what and if you are doing anything different from the first day we have met you. Whereas with the libra with his venus in scorpio it made an immediate attachment the minute I was in his presence. even when he was doing the cooking and had his back to me I could feel his quiet energy. i don't test. i don't play games. i observe. i ask questions and listen to the answers. not just the words but how it was answered, when it was answered and the attitude related to me, the topic and the conversation. i don't gather my information once and then stop, i do it over a period of time and in a number of circumatances until i can start to anticipate the reaction. librans are analytical. we're not feelers, we're thinkers. logic is our weapon.
with that said, looking at the libra board, the men are different to the women. i think they dabble much more in hit and run.

I don't understand why people just can't communicate. Would he have felt better if I told him that I did not like him?!!!! Why is it so complicated. The guessing games. the hot and the cold... I get so bored of this way of acting. That by time the person comes to their senses. I've deleted their number etc. and have gone about my business!!!!! I'm proactive. I start mirroring without meaning. Ie if the person becomes flaky.. I become flaky. Etc.
My personality does not fear rejection... It will tell you point blank from day one how it feels and my fixed emotions in leo will not change. It is steadfast. All it wants to know is the thoughts of the the other person. That's it. It can handle the ugly truths.. It needs to know so that it does not waste time on one person when it should be with someone else. As I cannot multi date and my venus in pisces takes years and years before it can attach itself to anyone so when it does find that rare connection it is bold and direct. I do not waste time or want to waste the other person's time.
A person will always know where they stand with me. Lover friend or foe.. They will never have to guess. I am all or nothing. I am loyal to the death and will always have that person's back...
we are not all the same. some of us operate a faster time scale then others. you might know your feelings but you can't assume that just because you know them, the other person is at the same stage you are and if they are not, then they should be. you must allow for differences.
it goes back to what i was saying in the other thread. my taurus is not on timetable. i don't think, well 1 year in we should be doing this, or year 2 we will be here. i enjoy his company. he enjoys mine. there is no sense in complicating it with everything else. it is just noise. it's like everyone is racing to a finish line that doesn't exist.
