I wasn't aware that you thought about me like that but like I told you at the time you were young, I was young but unlike you I was on the verge of becoming an adult and It would have been inappropriate of me to be involved with a kid. That night at the party, I was just doing my duty as an upperclassman and ensuring you were safe, nothing more. You really shouldn't have even been at that party as it was geared for older people. Blue was essentially defending no way in and while I do appreciate a Public lambasting as much as the next guy I had certain things which could only be said in a more personal situation and thus I tracked down her phone number like a typical stalker would and phoned her. As I explained to her I couldn't change the past and I did treat her poorly and unfairly at the time. I'm not going to get into the more private stuff, but we talked on the phone until her's died. I offered to take her out when she comes back to town for a visit and treat her as she deserves to be treated.
She's still thinking it over, I mean she's going to be up here for her parents anniversary so i figured why not step up to the plate. Of course getting rid of my list will be difficult for me, but she easily excels most of it which is a plus. Worst that can happen is that she murders me with a steak knife, right? lmao

Good for you fella!! Get rid of the list. You can still keep some of the basic and important principles. You don't need a list for that. Just see how it goes. You can't change the past but the past doesn't always need changing. She sounds like she might be a keeper... So don't fuck it up!!

I'm actually kicking myself over here cause if I didn't care about what other people thought back then as I do now then our lives could have been much different. At the height of our intensity at the time I was constantly fighting the urge to passionately ravage her. But all those typical teenage things weighed on me like decency and morals.
I'm only three years older than her but back then it was a big deal in social circles. The other thing for me is that at the time I was in less control of my OCD and the thought of holding hands, much less kissing someone would have made me cringe, but with her when we were together the energy we shared was off the charts, overpowering even and I wanted to swap spit with her. I didn't care, I wanted her. Every time I saw her, I just wanted to grab her and never let go. I don't have regrets because I don't believe in them but I do wish I had confessed my feelings to her, all of them. But I suppose everything happens for a reason.
