Does he like me-please help!!

To the Taurus community out there- your input/insight will put me out of my misery!

Me- Libra

Him- Taurus

We work together but in different teams. Recently, he's been chatting me up (I think).

Occasion 1- random conversation about coffee mugs. He said my coffee mug will be "suave and shapely". I take that as a sign he's interested

Occasion 2- I was running for the door, he was nearby and grabbed the door just as it was about to close and says "only because it's you"

I don't know if I should take these as hints that he likes me? I am a Libra and I like to be forthright with my feelings and I really like him too but don't know how to tell it to him.

Keep watching his behaviour. If you’re open to him and give hints you like him he will eventually make his move.

Ok-will do that. Definitely open to him. In terms of hints, I was thinking of leaving a breakfast bar on his desk with a note on Monday but don't know if that's going to be over the top.

Oh dear! He didn't sound sarcastic both times but ok I shall watch his behaviours a bit more before making my move. Do not think it's at the love stage (that would be soooo optimistic of me) but I get the feeling he likes me but hey I could be completely wrong! How do I show my interest though-that's what I'm wondering!

- Give him compliments, if deserved. Or ask him to help you and he will 99% do it.

- When he is silent give him that space. Very important one. Don't come over as being desperatly seeking for attention.

- Never lie to him, your trust will be damaged forever. Be straightforward, ask questions directly without chit chatting around. He will appreciate that. And keep your word; if said something do it. Actions speak louder than words for us.

from what you've said, it sounds like he is being friendly. they are like that.

that's not to say he doesn't fancy you but from what you've written i wouldn't assume anything.

just try to be friends for now and get to know him. you don't need to impress him or shower him with gifts (I know, it's a bad libra trait). just be yourself and start working on building a solid friendship.

It's positive signs but honestly I do that to most people, platonic friends too, as a teasing/fun way to converse occasionally lol. I wouldnt read too into it, but keep at it, flirt back, Taurus love witty banter, show him you have the ability to dish it back playfully and see how he responds. 🙂

Hope you've been well! I need your Taurus male insight! Since my last post, it seems to have gone cold. I mean we're still taking, and I do catch him looking at me from time to time. I am besotted with him. I was thinking of getting him a Christmas present (it is the season after all). As a Taurus male, how do you think that'd be received? Thanks!

buy him a small gift. he might think you like him but won't be certain until you tell him outright. the gift might be the way to get to that conversation.

You’re going to buy a stranger a gift?

if you think he is hitting on you there are two things you can do. A. Ask him if he wants to get a bite to eat sometime, lunch. or B. let it play out as it may until something gives that cant be ignored.

from my understanding my bull if very slow to take action but very aware

he spent a lot of time slowly getting to know me until it was pretty clear to me that he was

then at that point I had to take action to understand what it all ment

Hey, thanks for that! And what action did you take to understand what it all meant? Did you ask him outright if he liked you? This is my other concern, whether I can/should do that with a Taurus man.

You're bit in a hurry I think. Buying a present at this moment is not a good idea in my opinion because its too early for that. He probably won't like it and won't take it from you. I personally wouldn't take presents from a stranger, even not from someone at work. Even if its expensive, don't need it. Ill buy myself one if needed anyway.

Now when its someone I love or care thats a different story. I would be very happy if I get a present with a surprise. Doesn't matter what, the idea already and the thoughts behind it are enough for me. I would appreciate that and remember it.

He can be slow or cold thats perfectly normal for a bull. He is calm and waits how things will go. You could ask him to go eat or drink something together (as friends at first, maybe) to know each other better. Being private is different than at work atmosphere. Don't push or haste though.. Being patient sometimes will earn you more than being in a hurry.

Just ask him out for coffee. No gifts.
