Hard Night...

I miss my mom. She was a Libra with a Cancer moon. She had the prettiest steel blue eyes you've ever seen, with this faint sadness to them... like she was always missing someone. She was the toughest and most thoughtful woman. She was my world and I just miss her that's all.

I feel ya! My mom was a Capricorn. She is one of 4 Capricorn women that greatly impacted my life. I don't know, but I keep falling for them. I can't explain it. Maybe because they remind me of my mom.

One of the most horrible things in life, IMO, is that we have to go through the loss of the people who raised us and who we are most closely bonded with. Seems cruel. I don't know if you have your mom's eyes or not but your eyes are awesome.

My dad (gemini) was taken from me on the 4th of july. I can imagine how you feel. Sometimes i like to close my eyes and remember how he would hug me real tight and say "my baby". There was something so powerful and safe in him saying that. I'd never felt so loved and adored.

Remember the good times; the smiles, the laughter, the embrace, and most importantly: the love. It will transcend this life time and live on with you forever. And when you're feeling weak just remember she's right there with you every step of the way. Y
