How do you know Bull male keen? pampering?

It say everywhere they will be nice and sweet....also that they dont consider relationship unless it a long term thing. I bull hardly expresses any feelings...and i took advise from here and laid low last week he called me and text me to find out how i was n things....its been nice but i still dont know how he feels?

Also he said he wouldn't cheat on me or two time me but then i dont know what he considers cheating....he texts girls or send flirty emails...is that cheating? how faithfull are they? do they care about other persons feelings?
