i had the conjunction with someone before and it was very... intense... but i was the moon. not used to being the moon. traumatized me a bit.

I often talk about an Electronics company I worked at a long time ago, it was my favorite company for a lot of reasons but also because it lacked a lot of boundaries and rules other companies were strict about.. One of my worst pranks happened there, it was known as the "Gummy Gate Scandal". One of the guys from our group of pranksters at the company decided to inform all 300 + employee's in our building that the following Friday I would be treating everyone to Pizza for lunch.

When the Friday came, everyone who usually showed up with lunch came empty handed and a couple of my prankster buddies from Security went ahead and arranged a bunch of Gummy Pizza's Supplied by me in the lunch room, along with Beverage Gummies (Cola Bottle Gummy), napkins and a streamer that read "Pizza Party" hung from the ceiling. LMFAO!


When everyone filtered into the lunch room, I was the first one to grab a gummy soda and gummy pizza along with a napkin and wished everyone a happy Friday as I left to the Lobby, their faces were priceless!!!!. When I arrived at the Lobby all my prankster chums were already there laughing their asses off while watching the surveillance cameras. There was probably 11 of us in there including a few supervisors and managers, Perhaps the meanest Prank we ever did there. It became a really big deal and after getting flooded with complaints the Human Resources department got involved and launched an investigation, the Building manager, Director of Operations, Vice President everybody got involved and it just got blown out of proportion really quickly. LOL.

Yeah, everybody who got pranked basically gave me the cold shoulder for a few weeks and froze me out. LOL!

Lots of fond memories from that place, it was an Chinese owned and operated Company based out of shanghai, China but employed a mixture of Chinese, Filipino, Indian, Japanese, Korean, Mexican, Thai, and Vietnamese, We white folks were few and far between, mainly because Asian immigrants are taught that Americans are lazy and generally don't do a good job, so every time a white person was hired, all the regulars would ignore them or not be as helpful as they could have been. Even I had this problem until I proved myself worthy, hell it took me about 7 months before they invited me to the lunch table. lmao! Prior to that, they ignored me and played dumb.

It all reminded me of school a bit, everyone had their own little clicks like the Chinese congregated in one area, meanwhile the Vietnamese another and so on and so forth with every race. I admit it wasn't no walk in the park, it took a lot of blisters, blood, and sweat to earn everyone's respect and trust. Of course the Gummy Gate was a bit of a setback lmao!

The best pranks were the ones that involved the exchange employees, every month they'd send half a dozen Chinese employees from china over to inspect how we did things over here as part of a cultural difference thing. There was a McDonald's nearby and so during lunch a couple of us would play jokes on the exchange employees and tell them that here in the states their allowed to cut the line and be first if they showed their Work badges. So while they were off getting into fights with other customers we'd be entertained. lmao.

Hmm. I'm now suspending pending investigation for telling his kid not to come back or he'd be eating through a tube, after he told me to come outside away from camera's and talk shit then.

Given this company is ass backwards, my manager sells marijuana out of the back, and a month ago someone stole a baggie's worth of it from him. My manager had a friend of his set the kid up to come back, beat the shit out of him not only inside the store, but outside as the kid was trying to flee in his car and caused an accident. My manager still has his Job but it looks as if I've lost mine. I'll know Monday and if I am fired I'll be contacting police to give them the full story of the beatdown and car accident.

I've worked for shady companies too and it's no fun. Just be prepared if nothing happens from reporting it. When they let you go it becomes a disgruntled employee situation and the Police often stick their thumbs up their ass and diddle away. Then again, I've learned doing the right thing before I got fired still ended the same way only I got kicked to the curb and the other asshole got promoted. lmao...

It's a catch 22 situation you are fucked if you do and fucked if you don't. One tip I can give you though is that even if Police don't do anything, most shady businesses operate outside the boundary of state and federal mandates cause their shady... If you noticed any hazards or certain things which weren't up to code I'd be contacting the City, Fire Department, and OSHA for non compliance issues. They'll show up and go through the place with a fine tooth comb. Karma's a bitch!

That's messed up. ThAt is why I stay out of people's hair, do my 12 hour shifts and go home. I talk when I have to and even on my breaks I don't talk much except when I plan potlucks..

I've got a case, I had just come in for my shift when this happened. The police were called in this incident and in an attempt to keep my job and not have my manager come looking for at me my house, I tried to keep quiet. He openly bragged right before it happened that he knew where the kid lived, and that if he wasn't with more level headed friends he would've ran into his house the night prior to the beatdown and shot him with his AK-47. He also brags about owning an AR-15, keeps one Smith and Wesson .40 call in his waistband despite not having a CCW and one Sig P229 .40 cal in the drawer by the register. I was threatened with obstruction of justice so I gave my managers name away and made up a story about how he stole merchandise and my manager gave it back. I would've gone ahead and given the full story but the kid who set it all up was standing the door of the shop shooting me looks and the cop was unaware of it. He just asked if we'd like to press charges and I said no. It wasn't on camera because my manager disconnected the DVR beforehand, I wasn't aware until a few minutes before the cop showed up when my manager called to tell me to plug the power cord back in.

This is complete bullshit, My manager has pulled a gun on a customer for not leaving the store and flashed his gun to a customer who threatened him. Hypocritical bullshit at it's finest. Jokes on him though, he's not too bright, they can go through the camera footage and see him dealing on a regular basis, our district manager has even stood in the back in front of the camera handing him cash in exchange for the marijuana.

I damn near locked up the shop early and left that day, but i have bills and bills and even more bills so it wasn't an option to just up and quit.

And he isn't the only one that's armed, I have a 9mm for home defense and a 30-06 for hunting season along with a few security lights and security system in my house. I doubt he's brazen enough to to the suburbs and perform a driveby.

I get the guilty gut feeling nervousness so I just don't do anything wrong. I am literally scared of jail, prison and just being in trouble feeling.

Hence I am probably one of those people you see on camera that just makes it attentive and guilty... Haha like I did get in trouble when I was younger. So I know because I was shown the tape when I was detained..After getting in trouble after that I was like fuck this I'm changing my views and I need to be good.. It is no good feeling because once you do get in trouble you have to pay for it and to change back it takes awhile to clear ...

And I am now told I am a too much of a good girl.. I say so....I can't risk for stupidity....tried and true..

And then I don't have the luxury of hearing about shit like this irl so much. Like what..It's crazy...

Like I said I used to put my hands on people, after beating someone black and blue in high school and getting arrested I changed my ways, I have a mental health record going back until kindergarten so after hearing everything that led up to my classmate getting his ass kicked they gave me 120 hours community service.

And he isn't a gang baller, just some moron who grew up on the streets of Brooklyn and carried his ghetto mentality with him down the Virginia.

The fact that he was deeply hurt by me deleting and blocking him on facebook shows he's a softy, no criminal record at all. He's obtained both his handguns legally, I can't say the same about his AR and AK.

You talk about the Internet as if it's a game or simulation like what we're doing here isn't real and you are 150% wrong. "irl", this is real life, we're all breathing, living organisms just cause we're connected by computers through a virtual network doesn't make that any less real or true.

The world is full of shit, so much stuff happens behind the scenes and usually out of earshot but it doesn't mean it's not happening and it's been my experience that the majority of people will turn a blind eye to these types of injustices as long as it don't bother them or interfere with their goals they don't give two shits. That's where I differ, I've never been the type to just go along with something if I didn't absolutely agree with it.

The primary reason why I got into trouble in my youth wasn't because I was a bored pained adolescent but because I stood up for what I believed in and never backed down or conformed to being a lemming like everyone else. Other kids attacked innocent people, they'd target random people and burglarize their homes or steal from them. I wasn't that kid, yet I was treated just like them led away in handcuffs like a criminal when all I did was stick up for those who couldn't stick up for themselves or who lacked a voice. I find the fact Hemispheres wants to make things right to be refreshing despite the circumstances of what led him there.

There's no progress if there's nobody willing to take a stand and sometimes this involves getting burned.

Hemispheres I can't tell you what to do, but if you do go along with reporting him to anyone, keep in mind you can be hit with Obstruction of Justice at a bare minimum for not telling the police everything the first time. I do believe you should have reported everything earlier, but I have been in your shoe's before and I agree it's a bitch of a call to make deciding whether to keep a decent job versus doing the right thing and risking going homeless and hungry. It's a difficult decision to be in.

That guy sounds like the typical punk ass little bitch but at the same time don't underestimate him and if you are going to hurt him do it for the right reasons, not the wrong ones. As Bulls we tend to go off half cocked when we're angry and in situations with thugs it's not always the best course of action no matter how sissy they seem. Just try to remain level headed and keep you wits about you when dealing with shitheads. It really does go a long way.

There was no investigation launched into the beatdown, the officer left after I said we didn't want to press charges and focused solely on filing a report for the damage to the vehicle. I'll risk it at this point.

Hmm.. after poking around it looks like I can just leave an anonymous tip on the cities website. I'll just make sure not to identify myself as the person who spoke to the officer.

I'm a dick, now that I think of it we have no fire extinguisher... no fire alarm (we have a fake one with a camera in it) and there's surge protectors out the fucking ass. I remember when I first started we got a violation from the Fire Department.

Double whammy time! They'll lose a store manager and get fined out the ass.
