i had it out with this "woman" at the gas station today-- i really don't want to go into the details but i know i completely embarassed myself 😢 not to mention probably emotionally scarred her and a few people in the near vicinity

what do you guys do to curb a temper if you have one? there are times when nothing at all could get me angry, but then there are times like today where i just blow a gasket and completely destroy a person verbally.
