Cancer and Nostalgia

How do I get rid of Nostalgia? It is sickening. It just grabs me and will not let go. It takes hold and I just am lost. The hard gripping sad feeling of wanting to be in the past.

I try to keep busy. It's gotten better for me over the years. I usually occupy myself with work, school, yoga, hiking. Also going out with friends helps me alot as well.

Understandable but I am such a problem solver that I have to fix this. I can do all those things but it will just get me away from it from the time being. Thanks you. By the way you are gorgeous.

Getting rid of Nostalgia I think may be impossible just try to cope with ways around it so you don't drive your self nuts. It's part of being a cancer unfortunately 😢
