Taurus moon = slow to react?

Does a Taurus Moon Make Someone Slow to React

A Taurus Moon is known for being patient and steady, which can sometimes appear as slow to respond or react. They prefer to take their time to process emotions and may not always initiate contact quickly. This behavior is typical and reflects their desire for stability and careful consideration before acting.

So my Aries with a Taurus moon and I have been talking pretty much on a daily basis for over a month now. What bothers me is that he will come on strong for a few days and talk for hours and then for a couple of days or so, he will sometimes now initiate contact (but will reply if I do). Sometimes, he is kinda slow to reply, but I have a Sag moon and Mars and can be overly eager.

Just yesterday I sent him a cute cartoon with a kiss and hearts. He replied to hours later with a "thank you, my beautiful". I haven't heard from him today. Am I worried for nothing? I will not initiate contact again any time soon. Is this typical Taurus moon behavior (he has Merc, Venus and Mars in Taurus as well)?

yup typical Taurus behavior. he is taking things slow. and if he is not in contact, maybe he feels he has nothing important to say. he is a guy, he doesn't want to come off as over eager either. or he is just busy. don't take it personally. if he is responding to your emails, then he is interested.

I am leo sun Taurus moon with libra mars. I am dating a guy with Taurus sun, cancer moon, cancer venus and Taurus mars. He doesn't initiate much but he always responds. He doesn't talk much about his feelings but we chat about other stuff. I realized a long time ago that it doesn't matter who makes contact first so long as contact is made and there is communication. if you feel you have something to say, why not say it? no one is keeping score. and even when head over heels in love, a Taurus moon will urge someone to be cautious. so just relax and get to know each other better.

I don't know. Having been burned in the past by guys who came on too strong (one of whom, I later learned, was in a perptual on/off relationship), I don't trust easily.

Okay, this is making me anxious now. Yesterday he was going on a trip and I told him we should Skype when he is not tired (over the weekend). He replied right away, saying that he was leaving in an hour. I sent him a message at midnight asking him where he is staying. He didn't reply yet, although he was online an hour after midnight.

This is giving me anxiety, and I have learned to trust my gut. Is he playing me or just lost interest? Should I tell him that I feel that he is not that into me and act a breakup?

We were planning to meet up (we live in different countries in Europe) in 20 days but now I think it may not be a good idea.

Champranger, I know. But I also know that when I am anxious, something isn't going right in the relationship. I think it is time to tell him "I feel like you are not really into me." Better to know his reaction now than let it fester I suppose.

This seems to be the main "talked about" issue on Bull forum lately. Mostly from non-Taureans.

That "let things flow organically" pops into mind once again.

Yeah, it must be some transition that is causing people with planets in Taurus to act extra slow. I have a Sag stellium, damn it, I am like a tornado.

By the way, if he is a sun sign Aries but his Moon, Merc, Venus and Mars are in Taurus (Ascendant probably Libra), does that make him act more like a Taurus?

Really? So you are saying that Taurus Venus men are not players? He doesn't seem like a player so far, but one never knows.

Four days now and no contact. Yeah, he's on a trip but that is not an excuse. I guess I should consider moving on.....

Why don't you wait until after his trip and see if he initiates contact in regards to his silence during his trip, before you make your decision?

Yes, this is the plan. Technically, we are supposed to meet up in person in early October. I certainly will not initiate contact with him unless he does. I guess now that he knows I am interested in sleeping with him (very heavy flirting over two months), he decided to pull the fade out.

Relax. You can't 'make' things happen. You can't control everything. You just end up winding yourself up and looking for things that may or may not be there. It's hard but relax.

Four days is not that long at all. It's not early October yet so stop fretting about meeting or not meeting up. I feel your frustration but it's just that. Frustration. I've got a similar thing going on with this Taurus fella. I've no idea what will happen but it will be one of two things: nothing or something! I've seen snails overtake him but what can you do? All good things come to those who wait... And if it doesn't I'll just go and chop his bollocks off! 😉

I think it is also true that these things don't improve with time.

I would advise you get yourself in training now because if it does develop into something more, it's highly likely you'll get more of the same slow, mulling over decision making throughout the course of the relationship.

Poof, he's disappeared. If he calls or texts me the day before he arrives in early October, he's going to get the "I don't feel you're into me speech". Some men think that women will fall all over themselves to be their booty call.
