Dogmatic, won't budge on an issue, wont admit when they're wrong, defensive, arrogant, cruel/mean spirited....

Indulges in sex, drugs and alcohol
Attention-seeking
Super vain and superficial (only cares about outer-appearance)
Pragmatic and selfish (only cares about his own interests and gains)
Very super-minded
Spiritually bankrupted

Does having one of these signs suffice to show they are unevolved or must it be a combination?
Is it a case of once unevolved will always be unevolved, or can they still evolve? If yes, how? If no, oh boy! Lol
When I think of an unevolved Taurus, I usually think of immobility the most. This is what I see the most.
Taurus can also be a terrible procrastinator, lazy and self indulgent to their own and the detriment of others.
Taurus can be passive aggressive and then explosive in temper because of built up hostilities which remain unresolved.
Taurus can be utterly selfish.

I am new to this astrology/signs/placements thing, but it interests me a great deal.
Every sign has a positive side (usually when evolved) and a negative side (usually when unevolved or going through a bad patch), or so I've heard and read on here a few times.
