Mike and Ginny bury the hatchet. Frisco's a hero, but Felicia won't talk to him because of how she feels with him being a cop always in danger. Will Felicia call off the wedding?

Burt stops by Anna's with news about Duke. At Kelly's, Alan and Edward plot to catch Monica in a tryst with Sean. The wedding scramble is on for Frisco and Felicia.

June 23 86

Frisco and Felicia finally say their vows in front of all their friends. Sean catches Anna spying on Duke. Alan and Chuck break into Sean's safe and find a Swiss Bank account with a large deposit that matches the deposit that he and Edward lost. Anna catches the bridal bouquet. A plan takes a sharp turn.

June 24 86

Frisco and Felicia awake from their Honeymoon. Lucy Coe gets a beauty make over by Ginny. Bill asks Amy to move in with him. Lucy becomes interested in Patrick when she overhears from Amy that Patrick's late Uncle left him a fortune. Duke and Anna take opposing sides on the waterfront renovation. Who will win the committees vote?

June 25 1986

Sandy tells Jimmy Lee she has reservations about being a nurse at GH. Sean is angry to hear that Alan had broken into his Penthouse. Monica hires Jake as her divorce lawyer. Alan revisits his plan of revenge on his wife. Just how does Alan plan on taking down Sean and Monica?

June 26 1986

Steve, Rick and Tony discussing Buzz's addiction to drugs. Jake proposes to Bobbie. Lucy Coe gets a set of flowers from Patrick with an invitation to dinner. How will Monica and Alans first divorce hearing go? What is Patrick really up to?

June 27 1986

Frisco and Vince on the beat, drop in on Felicia at Kelly's. Rick, Steve and Tony discuss Buzz's theft of the pain killers. Anna plans to keep fighting Duke and his Waterfront plans to fight the rise in crime. Will Duke and Anna’s disagreements lead to passion? Who is Duke’s boss and what is the next phase of the plan?

June 30 1986

Jesse and Dan inform Rick that more drugs, pain killers, are missing. Rick is furious. Angel gives Duke and update on Anna including her entire personal history. Robin calls Duke and wants to see him. On Ted's advice, Patrick does some investigating on Lucy. The "Chief" tells Duke to put phase two in order.

July 1 1986

Lucy's offered an advance of 5,000 for the start of the book on Kevin. Patrick is checking up on Lucy's background. Duke arranges for Felicia to pick up a book of poems for Anna. Burt recognizes an old and dear friend of his, Tessie. Tessie saved Burt's life when he was rookie cop. Will Lucy tell Patrick the truth? Does Felicia know what she is in for working for Duke?

July 2 1986

Terry helps Jake with Alan and Monica's divorce. Lucy meets with the publisher who agrees to up the price if she will just change her mind. Jimmy Lee considers running for dockworkers president against Duke. Alan has revised his plan of revenge on Monica, he will try to fake amnesia and disappear so that everyone will think he's dead, then frame Sean and Monica for murder! Is Lucy winning Patrick over?

July 3 1986

Duke watches Derek's interview with Tom Green on the local news. Tom's shop is being forced out of business due to the new waterfront developing. Duke wants Angel to pick up the man for a talk. Frisco has lunch with Robin at Kelly's. Angel has a man keep an eye on Frisco. Edward agrees to back Jimmy Lee and help him with his campaign. Is Buzz gonna be trapped to come clean as an addict?

July 4 1986

It's July 4th time for the annual PC picnic in the park. Sean reports news on the waterfront concerning Duke to Anna. It seems that Duke is going to set up Tom Greene with new place to run his bait shop. Duke later arrives to pick Anna and Robin up. Alan tells Lila that he's going to be taking flying lessons, but it's all part of his plans to frame Sean and Monica. Will Buzz make it through withdrawals? Will Alan ruin his plans by attack Sean?

July 7 1986

Burt tells Anna that so far everything is on the up and up with Duke Lavery. Frisco and Vince patrol the docks. Buzz is going through severe withdrawal pains when Anna drops by to visit him. Felicia helps Duke with a slogan for his campaign. Sean notices that Anna is trying to hide her feelings for Duke.Is Duke using Robin to get closer to Anna?

July 8 1986

Edward puts up posters for Jimmy Lee's campaign in Kelly's. Sean drops in on Anna. Duke and Jimmy Lee get into a contest on the docks. Duke charms Anna. Frisco is determined to get a promotion already, but is outwitted. Will Angel get Frisco in trouble? Is the fact that Sean stole the Quartermaine fortune going to have Frisco all over him?

July 9 1986

Duke enlists Felicia to help with his rally at the end of the week. Anna and Guy discuss Frisco's future with the PD. Frisco daydreams about being a hero. Jimmy Lee informs Edward of his discovery of the Swiss bank letter with the code name HEATHER in Sean's warehouse. There's an awkward situation at Kelly's when Jake and Terry bump into Lucy and Patrick on a lunch date. Will Frisco overstep it with Anna? Can Sean stay a step ahead of the Quartermaines and Sean?

July 10 1986

Patrick makes a date with Lucy for a meeting and interview on Kevin's book. Buzz gets a visit from his daughter among others. Monica is staving off advances from Sean on Jake's advice so she can get custody of her son from Alan. Anna is witness to Duke's heroics on the docks, when he saves the life of a worker when a heavy crate falls on top of him. Has Lucy made Patrick fall for her? Will Anna get Duke to open up about his past?

July 11 1986

Robin's delighted when she learns Anna had dinner with Duke. Jimmy Lee offers free food at a BBQ to drum up support for his campaign. Frisco asks Tessie's help on the waterfront. Sean shows the paper to Anna, Duke's heroism made the front page. Duke questions Felicia about Frisco and his job to get information on him and how Frisco is looking for a mystery man. Is Frisco making progress? Can Anna and Duke become "official" or will memories of of her love for Robert and their wedding cloud that?

July 14 1986

Toughie prepares for the poker game with Frisco. Duke Lavery challenges Jimmy Lee to a debate. Robin will be going on a trip to Australia to see her father, Robert. Sean sneaks into Monica's room at the mansion. Alan surprises monica with a visit. Can Frisco outsmart the criminal plan at the poker game?

July 15 1986

Duke arrives to see Robin off to Australia. Frisco can't find the money he won in the poker game but finds instead that Felicia has gone through his things. Bobbie and Rick discuss her recent pattern of mistakes in the OR. Derek arrives back in town to pick Mike up for a return trip back to Omaha. Anna chastises Frisco for wandering off to the poker game without letting her know.

July 16 1986

Bobbie is pushing herself too hard. Duke challenges Jimmy Lee to a debate at the Pub. Ginny's TV crew arrives to tape debate. Jake comforts Bobbie in her war with Lucy. Anna tells Duke that she's aware of criminal activity in the dockworkers union.

July 17 1986

The morning paper headline, "Anna Devane endorsing Duke Lavery in his election". Duke calls the paper to complain. Buzz sees the picture on the front page and tears it to shreds. Patrick brings Lucy over to the Brownstone to meet with Jake. Jimmy Lee is furious at Sandy when she enlists the wives of the dockworkers to support equal rights for woman. Who will win the next battle in the war between Bobbie and Lucy?

July 18 1986

Burt and Anna wonder where Frisco was the other night. Toughie tells Frisco that he expects to see him tonight at the poker game. Damon Grenville arrives to meet Duke. Burt questions Tessie about the new dockworkers that have shown up in town. Alan, Edward and Jimmy Lee prepare for the Election returns. Alan will fake his death during the election and frame Monica and Sean for it....

Luke and Scorpio are trying to build a club on the boat that was owned by the Cassadines. I read that Gene Francis was almost forced to leave the series at this point (1982) because of drug problems and because the writers didn't think she mattered as much anymore. So Laura will soon go away and be held hostage by another evil Cassadine (which I think was a stupid move by the writers because they overexposed the Cassadines). I can't remember what happened next, I know that Luke meets another woman who has lost her memory if I am not mistaken or he loses his. And Demi Moore should appear soon too

I know the Susan Moore Murder story is a big story in 1983 and then Laura returns later that year as well.

I guess maybe Robert & Holly are the big story in 1982 but idk what their story even is tbh lol

Actually I think the other woman Luke meets must be Holly

I think Luke falls for Holly, but she is scheming. Luke is eventually caught in an avalanche and presumed dead, but really he just broke his back. I guess he loses his memory? idk

When he eventually goes back to Port Charles, Robert and Holly are together and Luke is not pleased which creates a rivalry between him and Robert of sorts until Laura returns.

Oh Holly was her name, right. That's who I was thinking about when Luke meets that new woman. I remember that I stopped watching then for maybe 2 years and then when I started watching again before GH was canceled Holly and her sister were held captive too and I assumed she was the new Laura then because they looked similar. Years later I realized it was the same actress that played next to Stallone in Cliffhanger.

Yeah I'm not huge on that time period which is why I skipped ahead to 1986 lol. I think I prefer anything involving The Quartermaines or crazy Heather from the 1980-1985 period. Even though GH did them first, I think Days of our Lives did the better absurd adventure stories lol

Oh speaking of the Quartermaines. This is why I actually asked you in the first place. That old wife of Edward hires Scorpio to look after a mysterious woman for her. He finds out she has been dead. And as I was reading through some youtube comments someone mentioned the begining of the "Jimmy something" storyline related to this case. So this is why I thought another big thing is about to happen.

Yeah I have read that the Cassasdines become regular enemies on the series and another known villain will return too later - oh what a surprise. lol

I assume theyre talking about Jimmy Lee Holt who is a Quartermaine and tries to get a share of the Quartermaine fortune with his mother. I think thats in 1983. You'd probably have to skim through full episodes to see it.

I assume theyre talking about Jimmy Lee Holt who is a Quartermaine and tries to get a share of the Quartermaine fortune with his mother. I think thats in 1983. You'd probably have to skim through full episodes to see it.

I see. I think I will continue watching a little bit and then maybe skip to 1986 too. ^^

There are these adventure stories in 1984 and 1985 you might enjoy before a sorta more low key 1986. I almost rewatched them and included them in this thread. probably should have cuz they are kinda important for 1986 and 1987. :

I have a question to you Delights. What's the next big storyline after the Cassadine Island? I actually watched a little further. Luke and Scorpio are trying to build a club on the boat that was owned by the Cassadines. I read that Gene Francis was almost forced to leave the series at this point (1982) because of drug problems and because the writers didn't think she mattered as much anymore. So Laura will soon go away and be held hostage by another evil Cassadine (which I think was a stupid move by the writers because they overexposed the Cassadines). I can't remember what happened next, I know that Luke meets another woman who has lost her memory if I am not mistaken or he loses his. And Demi Moore should appear soon too

Unfortunately my knowledge of the show from 1982-1984 isnt very good once Laura leaves. So idk what the big storyline is in 1982 while Laura is gone and being held captive.

I know the Susan Moore Murder story is a big story in 1983 and then Laura returns later that year as well.

I guess maybe Robert & Holly are the big story in 1982 but idk what their story even is tbh lol

Just storylines. Actually only what involves Scorpio and Luke since they get to experience most of the adventures so far.

Oh Holly was her name, right. That's who I was thinking about when Luke meets that new woman. I remember that I stopped watching then for maybe 2 years and then when I started watching again before GH was canceled Holly and her sister were held captive too and I assumed she was the new Laura then because they looked similar. Years later I realized it was the same actress that played next to Stallone in Cliffhanger.

Yeah I'm not huge on that time period which is why I skipped ahead to 1986 lol. I think I prefer anything involving The Quartermaines or crazy Heather from the 1980-1985 period. Even though GH did them first, I think Days of our Lives did the better absurd adventure stories lol

I also agree that the Cassadines got overexposed, but Laura's kidnapping did lead to one of the more intriguing 90s GH stories lol

Oh speaking of the Quartermaines. This is why I actually asked you in the first place. That old wife of Edward hires Scorpio to look after a mysterious woman for her. He finds out she has been dead. And as I was reading through some youtube comments someone mentioned the begining of the "Jimmy something" storyline related to this case. Bobbie can't sleep. She is still worried about the fight she had with Jake over Lucy Coe. Anna tells Duke that she never thought she would be attracted to another man. Felicia really wants to help Frisco in his investigation. She sketches the man that he saw on Tessie's boat. Mr Big want Duke to launder his cash through the union pension fund.

July 22 1986

Lucy asks Patrick out to dinner but he postpones it because he's having dinner with a "friend". Angel reports to Duke , that, Frisco left the poker game early and may have seen money pass between Stan and Tessie. Felicia tells Terry she's arranged for her to sing at the benefit for the Policeman's ball at Duke's.. Ginny interviews Duke and later Felicia at Kelly's. Felicia spots something big.

July 23 1986

Alan asks Jennings to plant a bug to spy on Monica as part of his plan. Felicia asks Frisco to sing at Duke's benefit. Anna lectures Frisco on his gung ho activates as rookie cop. a poker chip with the initials TJ was found on Tessie's boat. Toughie calls Frisco for another round of poker. Is Stan the key to a breakthrough for Frisco?

July 24 1986

Ginny and Frisco review the tape shot at Kelly's. Terry wants to move away from PC, but Bobbie tries to talk her out of it. Lucy is giving patrick the cold shoulder. Burt and Anna are furious at Frisco taking the law into his own hands. Alan plays for monica a tape of her most recent lovemaking session with Sean. Monica threatens to kill Alan and knocking him to the ground tries to strangle him. Alan's plan is coming together...

July 25 1986

Alan, Edward and Jimmy Lee prepare for Alan's "death". Brian, Rick and Dan help Buzz. Claudia tells Ruby that things are getting worse for she and Brian. Frisco leaves the benefit and heads out to the waterfront to catch Toughie and Stan, but will he fall into a dangerous trap? Will Alan go through with faking his death?

July 28 1986

Jimmy Lee informs Stella and Ruby of Alan's "death". Anna and Burt are tired of Frisco's disobedience. Damon wants Frisco silenced. The Q's move back into the mansion on Monica's request.

July 29 1986

News of Alan's missing plane hits GH hard. Audrey and Bobbie visit a "bereaved" Lila. Alan still dressed in drag and posing as Celia, returns his rental car and head for the small town in upstate NY. Frisco sneaks into Anna's office to use the computer. Sean finds Monica drinking her troubles away at the gatehouse. Frisco and Felicia discuss an important aspect of their relationship.

July 30 1986

Alan arrives in Pawtuck and at the General store run by Charity Gatlin and her 8 year old son which makes his plan all the better. Anna continues to investigate Alan's place crash. A mystery lady in black arrives in town for Edward....Tiffany Hill is back in town. Edward wants her to divide and conquer Sean and Monica.

July 31 1986

Frisco's first day on guard duty. Frisco wants Felicia to snoop with the cop wives. Duke brings Anna breakfast. Tiffany is miserable at the Q hideout. Alan is doing quite a good job since taking over the General Store. Jimmy Lee tells Monica that Anna's starting to wonder about her, especially why she gave Alan flying lessons on his birthday. Will Monica become a suspect in Alan's "death?"

August 1 1986

The press is having a field day accusing Monica of murder. Damon wants Frisco silenced. The evidence starts to point at Sean for the death of Alan which causes tension between him and Anna. Edward consults with Tiffany on the plan to seduce Sean. Duke helps Anna relax. Robin calls Anna from Australia. Felicia visits Frisco on his first day of guarding the Police house. Will Frisco fall for the latest trap?
