Blue balls isn't a real thing. It's not painful. I don't know where the fuck this myth comes from. It pisses me off. If a guy doesn't have sex and doesn't masturbate, he has wet dreams and ejaculates that way to get rid of sperm built up. Your body does this itself. Guys makes girls believe blue balls is "painful" so that you will feel bad and put out. I've seen this done way to many times and it disgusts me. I hate people that lie and use tricks to get sex. Grow the fuck up and impress a girl to do it. Shit.

What a girl feels when you haven't had sex and you're frustrated, that's what "blue balls" feels like. No difference.

Also, no guys on here have felt it because it doesn't actually exist. To answer you ladies as to why no guys are answering.

Those are very special circumstances though. If you body stops release sperm naturally it happens. Only if your body stops working properly.
