Love.
W/ commitment ( a relationship) comes adventure and sexual expression.
Growing up into a mature person, emotionally speaking! Self aware, at peace with yourself, first of all, so that you don't have to feed your needs from the love your SO has for you. A relationship is a reciprocal and voluntary commitment of two persons that want to share their time and emotions and everything else on a mutual basis. Anything else is toxic and will not last. And we see countless examples around here.
