There's nothing in sperm that damages the cervix, just like there's nothing in breast milk that causes cancer (contrary to some vegan idiots). Otherwise, statistically and evolutionarily, humans would have died out as a species a long time ago.

the CDC changed the age "limit" to 45y, but the vaccine has no effect if someone already got the virus, still the thing protects people from 9 strains, so unless someone had all nine infections, the vaccine is still worth it.
