Ask if they are going to live stream it so it makes it seem like you really wanna be there but just not ready to be out due to covid. Then when the baby shower comes around...if you wanna go to that then go or you can still blame covid and send a gift.

😂😂 her baby shower will be in a couple of mo ths, this is a small celebration yo find out the baby's gender and they said no gifts so I'll probably not go. I'll be at her shower with gifts but I dont have time when I already know it's a girl
I'm a blunt sag, I'll say I know the gender and we cant drag all my babies out to co.e but I'll be present for the real baby shower and if she needs help or ideas to reach out and... congratulations

It's not my decision, they're doing it at a coach house in the outer banks. Not a lot of people. Her daughter will be born almost exactly on my daughter's date a year ago so I have lit of hammy down clothes that are holiday and season appropriate for you.

Nah go, fuck it. It might be weird but people need support and it's all to easy to say "oh that's lame and cringy and she's looking for attention" but maternal support systems are pretty weak in our society, we are so clinical about childbirth these days.

I'll be at the baby shower in the outer banks in a few months, that should be fine. It is a big deal for a first time mother to feel celebrated... I should know, I've had mine twice in 2 years 😬

I 100% agree, we have become clinical about it and it's a hindrance unless the mom needs intervention.
