Personal feelings about sex work aside, don’t go for the one with only one nipple piercing. My OCD’s acting up just thinking about it. 😄

Heading to Barcelona, Paris, Berlin, and Amsterdam for my 31st in March.
Amsterdam is home to one of the only lesbian-owned / for lesbian escort services which I read about in article posted on Vice.
Should I hire a girl for my 31st?

e. none. buying a person for your birthday sounds like a ghastly idea.
i think about it more as taking someone out on a date and knowing how much it's going to cost in advance
instead of buying a person
then ask someone out on a date and have a great time.
you've listed sales notices of women listed like they are in a catalogue then you are paying them to take an interest in you and then sleep with you. it's a transaction.
a common misconception that all forms of consent ( from both parties including the one is paying) is freely given
when a date is arranged with an escort
also
there are advantages for women to hire escorts especially if they have experienced some sort of sexual trauma in the past
just fyi...it's actually really common.
hiring an escort provides an extremely controlled situation
vs trying to go and pick someone up at a bar and having to say no to someone who may not and is not often understanding.....also a very weird thing to do when just meeting someone
in other words, I feel more comfortable saying NO and STOP with an escort vs some person I asked out or picked up in a bar
a common misconception is that consent is freely given? shouldn't consent be freely given? are you advocating otherwise?
you can justify being a consumer of prostitution however you like. it's my opinion that it's distasteful to purchase another person in this way.
i don't agree with comparison that sex outside of prostitution is far more dangerous which means that buying an escort is necessary.
consent isn't freely given in non escort scenarios.
that was my point.
women feel pressured to do things they don't want all the time even with other women....
but agree to disagree.
and while again it may not be necessary for you that is your own personal opinion based on your own experiences.
if you're willing to be open to this idea enough to learn about it at a later date and maybe challenge some of your assumptions you can read an article posted on vice and the services they provide here :

i've had quite a lot of first hand experience with women who work as prostitutes. they're not doing it because it's fun and it's their first choice of occupation.
but yeah agree to disagree. i could never support such an industry.click to expand

I'm enjoying this thread but it makes me ponder if the posts would be different if OP was a man.
OF COURSE...it would be!!!
finally, a double standard that works in my favor lol.
one assumption which is true is that if i was a man i definitely would want to have sex with this escort.
as a woman who falls under the asexual umbrella...sex is most likely not going to happen tbh
but this is a safe , intriguing environment to at the very least have some wine , food and conversation with a niche sex worker in a legal highly regulated environment
the service offers teaser dates....which are more company/conversation orientated.
especially catering to first-timers and curious women who have never had a "lesbian encounter"
That’s interesting, I misunderstood the post. So really you’re looking for a true ‘escort’ rather than it being about sex. I see why you posted their descriptions now. I’d choose B on that basis, seems she would have a lot to talk about.click to expand

maybe it would be better if you find someone on some dating application, like tinder or something and say you are looking for date for your short-stay, she can show you the city and then you will see.... you can chat beforehand and you can see her pictures ?
or is it a hiring an escort aspect what is fascinating/thrilling, as a gift for yourself rather than a company of a girl in those cities?

I thought you were demisexual or something? You gonna pay an extra hour for have some deep emo conversation before doing da nastay?
probably not emo.....
more like an ethnography in Amsterdam......
i'm currently taking this neuroscience/anthro class entitled "sex and human nature"
maybe we will get high , eat a doner kebab with fries , and or get ice cream
and walk around the canals and talk about sex![]()
This sounds achievable with hooking up a local. Granted the sex is not guaranteed and you can't hand-pick what she looks like... and you can't really be 100% certain she's also gay.
K. Forget I said anything. Good luck. God speed. Be safe.click to expand

I agree with you there but I'm assuming the conversations you had were with heterosexual women catering especially to men and couples which is a bit different.
In Europe in some counties where prostitution is legal..... some sex therapist-coaches and tantric masseuses who work
exclusively with queer clients, sexual minorities, people with body dysmorphia or gender dysphoria etc fall under the same jurisdiction as prostitution and after extensive research , reading interviews...i can say in a lot of these cases for these sex therapist/coaches and masseuses their occupation was their first choice!
It wasn't something they just fell into ...especially since the occupations I outlined above take at least 1-2 years of training at an institution with tuition.

I’d probably get used to it eventually, but the asymmetry of only having one would be an initial issue for me.click to expand
