None, though it's rare to see a woman who wants to work in construction.

In the end a good worker is a good worker. Getting your job done and doing it right and on time doesn't care what sex is doing it.

Well, I am a grad student, so I am not sure the lab counts as a workplace. But yeah, there is a definite preference towards the white, North-American male student in my lab. Then comes the white, North-American female, then international males and finally, the international females. How aware I am? Very aware, when the white males make about 13 000 $ more than me, whereas the internationals make no money at all. Advantaged? Compared to the internationals, yes. Disadvantaged? Compared to the North-American males, yes.

Very aware. Trying to use it would NOT be to my advantage, it would just undermine my efforts.
