It's stopped my periods pretty much so I can't know if I'm pregnant unless I take a test, but even those don't work if it's an ectopic pregnancy.

Go get a home pregnancy test. Grab several and test over the next few days. If any come up positive, it's most likely real.If your very regular, stress disrupts it. My guess is you're freaking out and could be causing a false alarm.

I went through a phase of feeling that way... I went to my gynecologist several times and she reassured me there nothing to worry about. Just get regular check-ups to make sure it's in right.click to expand
It's just one of my friends who isn't on birth control was living by the pull out method and got pregnant so now I feel like anything is possible with vaginas.

I ain't never experienced side effects from it...yet.
I first got one in December 2015 but my vagina pushed it out because I've never had a baby. But the second go around it stayed in.

those still work if it's an ectopic pregnancy, and if it's an ectopic pregnancy you wont be having the baby because it would have to be removed because it cant grow unless it's in the uterus.

Yeahhhh with my first mirena I bled for the first couple months, and by the second month I started getting horrible horrible cramps. So I went to the doctor and she said my body was expelling it and we could try it one more time. Thank god it stayed in the second time ?

mirena was horrible for me... so was the paraguard in the beginning... i was literally expelling blobs of blood bigger than my fist! ... it was so scary because it looked like mini placentas... I started taking vitamin e capsules which regulated my blood flow... been smooth sailing ever since

Yea periods suck ass no question but they're also necessary for our bodies to function normally. I got on mirena BC my period was so awful and cramps so bad. Made me double over in agony with mirena . Destroyed my sex life. But if yr ok on it cool.

Immediate and constant inflammation. I would get random cramps that would drop me to the floor. Gained 15 pounds, all in my torso. I looked like Mrs Potatohead.
Headaches, had to sleep all the time, joint pain that made it hard to walk up the stairs, was bitchy ALL the time. NO sex drive whatsoever.
I had been on the Pill for 13 years before, never had any issues. I switched because I was 33 and a smoker, so had to find an alternative.
I didn't realize that my problems were from the Mirena until I had it removed at the end 5 years. Everything went away within a month.
Had paragard after I gave birth. Had to take it out 2 months later. I've never experienced cramps as bad as I did when I had that demonic device put in me.

What I think is going on...
-It's not giving out what it used to being at the end and my body is reacting
-Perhaps it spews out more baby blocking power the more cream pies ya get and my body is reacting. Before my husband moved here, on his previous trip, I got sick like this and thought I was pregnant but was not.
-I am a dumbass for not going to the doc yet
But yea, Ive taken many a cream pie and it has been mucho effective
Go to the doc, but your body could also be adjusting. It's not unheard of.

Sweetie, you need to realize that not everyone is baby crazy or hell bent on having kids. Having kids isn't a walk in the park and it is a major life change. This chick is 21 years old and has every right to be wary about getting knocked up.
Having kids ends YOUR life. You cannot have the same single/childless life that you won't have when you have kids and a lot of people aren't down to give that up so soon or ever. So many silly, brainwashed bitches out there turn into bird brains when it comes to the logistics of having children and it's disturbing when they discount or downplay others who want to hold off or not have kids. It's sheer ignorance to sit there and be all LALA KIDS ARE GREAT, DON'T BE SCARED OF HAVING THEM. So fucking idiotic.
Tbh, I don't think she should even entertain sex considering she doesn't seem to understand the basic physiology of how this stuff happens. The percentages of pregnancy while on IUDs is pretty small and it's still considered the most effective form because of lack of human error (ex birth control pills). Posting a pic of that kid holding the iud, the anecdotes of how so and so expelled their iud, blah blah is ridiculous because all that is the smallest percentage. It happens, but it's not rampant enough for people to get all crazy about it and refuse this method because of such small numbers.
OP, getting pregnant on the IUD is slim to none. Stop being paranoid, and if you ARE this paranoid, stop having unprotected sex. And use more appropriate terms than pornographic ones. You sound like a piece of trash.

With all do respect to you & your family & your desires, I can't have a baby rn. My career would be over. I'd be the official fuck up of my family tree. And I'd overall have to change the way I'm livin, which I ain't ready to do.
I see how someone in your position would like to have more kids, but I'm only 21 and for all I know have a healthy womb.
Also I totally side with you on having children close in age range. My sister is 2 years older than me and I can't imagine what it would be like if she was 4+ years older.

What is your age?
I've had 2- consecutively back to back. In fact I'm due for another one but I've been lagging. I love mine, have no cramping at all. I have had issues when I've had rough sex. When it first gets put in, it needs to settle in your body. Mine used to move around a lot, sometimes it would even feel like it was about to come out of my anus after my ex was pounding my cervix a little too much.
Now I just avoid any type of thrusts that hit my cervix. It hurts me anyways. So I will do a sideways doggy- style if my cervix is low during certain times of the month.- Is this TMI 😄 You're welcome lol
Just make sure to check your string and see that it doesn't loop back up into your cervix. I've had that happen too and made an appointment for it to be pulled back down. I didn't want them having to fish it out of my uterus if the string went all the way in there too.
In Europe they last 7 years standard. They say 5 in the USA. I had my first one in for 6 years and this 2nd one for 7, actively having weekly sex with my ex. Yes I am a procrastinator, But they work.
I misread what you wrote in my first response but I won't hide what I wrote, maybe it can help someone else who just got it put in.
