Are you planning an event?
I saw you made a thread asking for Concession names near the beach and now this thread. Just noticing a pattern 🙂.
Not too familiar with them since I will be going to my first one next month in Jamaica so I'm pretty excited.
Though, from what I researched, most of the all-inclusives are relatively cheap. It's the flight prices that could make you or break you. Hence, why I chose Jamaica over the Dominican Republic. But I hear from many DR is one of the best-Notedly, Punta Cana and Puerto Plata. Nice cheaper places to visit would be the Riviera Maya or other cities in Mexico, Cuba (last I cheddar RT airfare was $ 150), Grenada, is also a good one, mainly the carribean side. The one I'm going to is a bit family style -it's called the Palladium. I saw another called Sunsetscape. There are packaged deals on Trip Advisor, Orbit, Priceline, Expedia, CheapCarribean.com.
And a great app to use to watch for cheap flights is Hopper. Love it. I was able to find an RT ticket to Canada for a little less than $ 300! That's a good deal considering the last time I went it was a bit over $ 400
Hope that helps!
Another thing, per your must haves-90% of the resorts have that, it's what makes it an all inclusive. As far as service, you'll have to check reviews for that but there are dozens of 4.5+ star resorts with a good value.

Must haves
- a beautiful beach (blue water, white sands etc.)
- good value
- nice hotel and service
Location doesn't matter much though I have been to Cancun and Varadero. If possible, other places with beaches like that would be great!
