First of all- my post wasn't specifically directed at you, VirgoVixxen. Did you read my posts in their entirety? I love Virgo girls. Two of my bf are Virgirls. The guys, on the other hand, seem to be quite full of themselves. Except for Shaka. He rules. 😄
Secondly- if I had to choose a "most intelligent zodiac sign", it would be Aquarius NOT SAG, followed closely by Capricorn, so please don't misconstrue my use of Sagittarius as an EXAMPLE to be a declaration of Saggie "supremacy". I was using astro examples that I am familiar with (I'm Sag, and my bf is Aquarius), not trying to toot my own horn.
Thirdly, my post was in response to the rather large amount of "I'm (meaning Virgo) so great" threads over the past two years or so. It was funny at first- now it's rather ridiculous, and makes you guys look like tools. But if you're cool with that, please- CARRY ON.
Fourthly, based on astro "stereotypes" (which we all seem to love throwing around these days), Virgo is NOT known as the most intelligent sign. Sorry. So I was kinda curious about the info you based this post on.
And lastly- speaking of panties in a bunch.....

I understand that you've been around for sometime and have seen posts like this before but, how the hell was I to know?
The question is, why do you care so much how many times virgo men post these types of threads?
I have read plenty of times that virgos are considered the most intelligent sign in the zodiac. I posed the question to see what the other virgos ideas were. A question to open a conversation about intelligence in relation to astrology. Doesn't matter who's read this or not.

I am convinced that it ought to obvious to persons whom better understand that the claim that any particular zodiac sign is the most intelligent is a highly tendentious one. Besides, I am not altogether sure what constitutes, or qualifies, as intelligence, let alone what constitues, or qualifies, a zodiac sign as the most intelligent.
Interestingly, most of the renown mathematicians, logicians, philosophers, astronomers, physicists, and theologians worldwide are NOT Virgos.
Nevertheless, I conclude that there is no most intelligent zodiac sign.

Hahaha, I was in that thread, and I still agree. I also agree with what he said.
If there was one intelligent sign over all others, there would be no balance. Hell, there might as well be no other signs. Like I said, when I stand next to my Aries best friend, I feel like a lot of my skills pale in comparison to hers, however I know there are somethings I excel in that she doesn't. Either way, we're both fairly intelligent people and we work on similar wavelengths.

I am not sure whether I agree with you because I am not sure whether I know what a Franciscan Monk sounds like; many take a vow of silence. Besides, the 'voice' that I am currently using is my logician's voice, analyzing an argument as I understand/see it. I hope this answers your question.
I do have other voices nonetheless (just consider some of my other posts): namely, an artistic one, a romantic one, a political one, etc. 'Just let me know which you prefer, and I'll try my hardest to humor you.

I hate to do this !!! But, I find the male Virgo's extremely intelligent, but I don't think the females are ... (My Grandmother whom I was extremely close to was a Virgo and my baby sister whom I'm very close to is a Virgo).
Gemini has been quoted as being the most intelligent of all the signs, which is interesting seeing as it's element is air. Interesting too, is how Virgo and Gemini share the same ruling planet of Mercury which makes for a very active mind, but directed differently, leading to different beliefs. Both the Virgo's and Gemini's I've known in my life have had problems sleeping ... lol.. overactive mind?
Also Gemini's and Virgo's seem naturally drawn to one another (through their ruling planet) and I think it's because they can communicate on the same intellect level, but this is about all they have in common. I don't see many couples belonging to these signs living together happily for the long term (my grandfather and grandmother, and a very close friend and his ex-wife).

No prob pink_bull, that's your opinion and I appreciate your feedback. That was the only intention of this thread. I'm not gonna jump all over you just because you don't think that virgo women are intelligent. It's childish. The purpose of this thread was to try to create a mature conversation about intelligence as it relates to astrology (as I've stated time and again).
Yes, virgos and geminis have very active minds due to their ruler mercury and this creates alot of nervous tension within the body. The virgos, usually in the stomach area, and the gems, usually in the legs and arm areas.

If you are referring to "book smart", yes I think some Virgo's are very intelligent. With intellect comes responsibility and tact. Overall IQ is great, but knowing how to treat people with dignity and respect is more paramount imho. I have three degrees and utilize them every day in my work. But it is my compassion, empathy and work ethic that matters most to the people I help, not my IQ or degree certificates collecting dust in a basement box.
Virgos on this board are always referring to themselves has being the anointed ones; the ones who believe it's their right to preach to every other sign what they (other signs not fortunate enough to be born a Virgo) need to do to improve and be perfect in the eye of the Virgo. I don't consider that being more intelligent. The most intelligent and understanding person in my life was my mother. She was an Aries. But the majority of her intelligence stemmed from common sense and growing up in tough times during the depression. For the record, I adore Virgos! I think it really depends on what type of intelligence you're referring to? General intelligence, yes, I would say many Virgos (I've met some seriously dumb ones though) have a high level of general intelligence - a very attractive quality. Emotional intelligence, not so much - in my opinion the most importance level of intelligence and by far the most attractive quality in a person. Far too rational to achieve a high level! Moon sign plays a part in this as well.
Virgos are only intelligent with black and white facts. "Book smart" so to speak.
Which can be beneficial in one's life so, kudos.
Other than that, they are some of the most dunce humans I've encountered. (Virgo men)
