Aries and Virgo; only compatible in friendship?

Aries fem here. I have this awesome Virgo guy that I've been friend with for 5 years. He's really nice and we often hangout together, just the two of us. We almost never quarrel and always had each other's back when needed. Just wonder why we never fall to each other? 🙂
Is a romantic relationship between Aries and Virgo not common?

My Dad Virgo and Mom Aries were married for almost 20 years. They didn't really argue. She would say stuff he would hear it but do his thing. Don't let that urk you. Let him do his thing.

Being friends may never show the whole picture.. That usually only happens within a serious relationship. at that point you sometimes learn alot more then you want to... in the end stable friendship doesn't always mean romantic compatibility..

yeah, I agree with Weeds. I don't make this tread because I have special feeling or anything toward him though. Just simply wondering.

Last April Mop I was jokingly text him asking about how I want us to get married someday. He simply answered "Sure, doesn't sound bad to me." and of course I didn't take that Seriously. But some days after he suddenly texted me that he didn't know that when I asked him to get married was only an april fools joke. It makes me a bit curious about his feeling towards me. So I asked him one day, and he said "I don't know. I'm not sure."

Just some days ago he treated me for lunch to celebrate his entrance on a famous university. I was the only one he ever done something like that too.
So... it just makes me curious.

Oh, and we are more than often sharing what in each other's mind. The topics are always random too. He's one of the brightest people I know, though it not shows in his face. 😄

I'm an Aries (on the cusp of aries/taurus), and I was with a Virgo for 4 years but I was miserable. He was very controlling.

My best friend is a Virgo, and we get along great. Her bf is an Aries, and they've been together for 4 years, but they constantly fight. It gets really annoying lol.

My other bestfriend is an Aries, and her bf is a Virgo. They haven't been together long, but she says he's too anal for her, and she feels like she can't be herself.

I feel like a romance between the 2 is common, but there's a lot of fighting.
