Confusing Virguy, Gemini Female, Help?!

Hi!

So, this is a long story, basically I will try to explain our background as best as I can. We work together in correlating departments. I have known him since July and we've been good friends since September. Things have become a little complicated and that's where I need some good insight.

In October, he asked me out on a date and then more dates, but to Virgos it's just "hanging out", right? (ha ha) We did this for about two months, along with texting every day, playful work banter, funny arguments. He eventually made his move and kissed me in his car, after several dates (which is a big deal for Virgs considering they are very cautionary). We went out a couple days after and we kissed again. (Mind you, he has initiated all of this, all the texting, flirting, dates, kisses, etc.) He asks me to see him the following day and he tells me that we "don't match up" and that there are some things with my personality that he doesn't enjoy romantically and he would be "leading me on" if he kept going further.

Fair enough, right? Nope! It gets worse from here.

I went to my staff x-mas party, when I was there, I was hanging with another guy that I knew from my previous job I worked at, he's a good friend and we've gone out for drinks. Virguy started making "attacks" on the guy I was with like "I can't believe X was allowed to get food before me..." or like "did you see what X did at first aid office?" and it was strange. When dessert was called for our tables, he was right behind me, trying to talk to me but maintaining distance. Then, dancing started for the night and the guy I was with grabbed my hand and started dancing with me and Virguy clenched his jaw and just stared at the guy and I the whole time (according to my co-worker) a couple songs into my friend and I dancing, Virguy left to go home (fairly early into the evening) when I texted and said "Hope you enjoyed the evening" he said "some parts, yeah"

After that night, he started texting me a bunch, asking to hang out again, driving me home from work. Acting as if nothing has happened but at the same time, he's still really involved with me, which I find strange for someone who claims I have so many flaws.

I confronted him on the jealousy thing from the x-mas party, to which his response to everyone else was "pfft whatever" but to me, he ignored it completely and changed the subject.

Today, I didn't text him and he sent me a message first, which is rare of him to do.

Please give it a rest. I can see right through the games you've played here and it is very immature.
When you don't initiate ANYTHING with a Virgo and force him to make all the moves, he is naturally going to think you aren't that interested...and he stated so. So what do you do? You turn around and purposely try to get him jealous with the other guy. High school behavior.

Keep the games up...Virgo is much more intelligent, and will tire of it quickly, walk away from you and forget about you. Once they do that..you don't have a chance in hell.
