HELP REQUIRED - about a virgo women

HI there - I work with a virgo women - who blows me away - the way she thinks - acts - smiles - everything - sometimes we become really close - we talk all the time - but it seems to stop there - we never socialise just work all the time - she says that in time we will spend more time together - but its been 14 months since we meet - i dont want to move on - but feel i should - even when she tells me she trusts me - but also i dont want to let her down either - but sometimes she can be cold - andother times warm - is it time to leave - as shes the most motivated person in my life - and teaches me so many things.

You've said 14 months...??.hmmmm
It can get as long as 14000 years, if YOU don't DO anything about it..!! you've said that she sometimes is cold and remote and sometimes is warm??.that's the very human nature and have nothing to do with the birth signs, what do you expect?? Hugs and passionate kisses with a big smile every time YOU show up in front of her..? puhhh? Please?..!! be realistic, we all are different, our lives is driven by our very own and private imaginations, expectations, wishes, thoughts etc. let alone for every day responsibilities and reaction with the community we are living it. If she seems to be like a beacon blinking on or off, hot or cold, remote or warm, is because YOU want to see her in those lights (in your sub-consciousness), it is all about YOU not her, you SEE what ever YOU feel that fit in YOUR moods..!! The real reality never changes, but our perception of what is seems to be real fools us to think otherwise.
Reminding you that you don't OWN her, you just sharing a magical moments with her and that's it, if YOU develop a special feeling about, dare to share it with her, but if you get rejected don't try to blame her about the feeling that YOU design and tailor it for the situation.
It is all about your feeling and imaginations for what is seems to be real for YOU and YOU only??. not anyone else.
