hot and cold virgo

so my virgo colleague who's super cool, obviously I like her coz she's really really nice (sometimes, as it its come to my attention) sometimes, we get along famously and then sometimes she's just cold toward me like she'll be friendly towards everyone else but me, its so frustrating.

is this virgo playing mind games with me?

Just a guess I since I don't know her personally but she's probably reacting to something you did/do that she doesn't like and is shutting down. You should just ask her. We kind of have to be prodded a bit to open up but if you approach it right she will.
