How do I fairly handle a Virguy friend/co-worker?

I'm going to try to keep this simple.

I have a great Virguy friend who I've recently started working with/for. He's been jokingly flirting a lot lately. However, after knowing him better (by working together), I find that he annoys me a lot, there are things I really don't like about him, and there is a lot of hypocritical stuff coming from him.

I tell him that he's my friend and if that ever changes and I want more, I'll let him know.

My question us:

How do I handle the flirting? I know Virgos like to do that, I've seen it from the females and males. Do I laugh it off? Honestly, I think he just does it as stress relief!

after you said that if he's not a weird virgo i dont think he'll be flirting with you anymore.

virgo men have a high ego . He probably don't think much of it to begin with if he's still flirting after you said that.

That's very vague, and quite honestly, it sounds like you purposely left that open-ended, so he would continue to give you flirty attention.

If you really want/wanted to have him stop, then you have to be direct. And this goes for any person. If you leave it like you did above, then you're sending the message that you might still be interested if the situation was right.

Why lead him on? I''m not so sure your intentions are for the good. You're leading him on by saying that.

Tell him straight up: "I'm not comfortable with your flirting with me. We are just friends, nothing more, so I would appreciate it if you refrained from making flirting suggestions with me. Thank you."
