How many virgo here can deal w/ confrontation
I'll be totally honest with you.
I've read your post 3 times now, and I have no idea what you're talking about or asking. I suspect that, since it's been 2 days and no one else has replied, that I'm not the only one.
If I understand correctly, you correspond via group emails regularly for work. I would strongly suggest that you work on how you converse by email, as that is very likely the reason that coworkers are taking a week or more to reply.
To answer your last question, though, no, Virgos do not respond well to bullies at all. Based on what I could understand here, I suspect that they're working very hard right now (behind the scenes) to get you fired or removed from the project.

I don't like confrontation, but I'm also Scorpio dominant.
If confronted (especially about some bullshit), I basically will completely eliminate you.
Either directly or indirectly.

I am curious how you virgo deal with confrontation. Regarding to my 2 colleagues acted really similar, I was kind to them, but once they seemed pull away, while they knew it is urgent thing, I confronted, and immediately they are really nice to me, and help me anything non-stop. I am wondering why I had to do that to get their attention?? I am not playing mind games here tho.
I didnt and will never initiate any kind (you said) bullies to them. They and I should be team players. The meeting was today, they seemed initiate contact me all the time and even brought box of doughnut to me. Yes it is nice! I have been trying to always be kind to them, eventho deep down, sorry-not sorry, I think that experience already pretty pushed me away.
I generally avoid confrontation completely. If someone starts trying to attack me, I'm going to walk away from the situation and make sure my emotions are completely under control before coming back.
If I think that I was wrong, I will make a real effort to fix it. I'll definitely apologize if I made a mistake, and I expect that to be the end of it.
If I think the other person is wrong, I might tell them in a calm, cool way, and expect them to also be an adult and either apologize or fix the problem.
Either way, I'll remember how you handled it, and it will affect how I see you and how I encourage others to see you. If you come across as bullyish (which is how your first post comes across) then I'll definitely remember that, and I'll either distance myself from you, or I will work to get you removed from my workspace.
I'm not going to fight you, and I'm not going to have a childish argument. And I'm certainly not kissing your butt, whether I was right or wrong. But believe me, I'll destroy a bully. Especially if you tried to publicly embarrass me.
From how you described the way they acted afterward, honestly, I think you should be afraid. Virgos are usually very intelligent; they know that you're not sincere, and the way they're treating you? Yeah, they definitely have a plan in action.
I can deal with confrontation. I stand quietly an observe everything. I could also burn anyone who confronts me really fast (scorpio heavy).
Except after my analysis it's usually in my best interest to just stay quiet. I wouldn't risk losing my Job but staying quiet but if it's with a friend, I wouldn't mind losing thing friend if the confrontation requires an immediate response

I'm confrontational, aggressive and my personality is synonymous to a Brillo pad. It depends on the situation, I don't like it when people beat around the bush with things. As I get older, I just become more tactful with my "confrontations", I'm around A LOT of passive-aggressive people it drives me insane.

Forget the real life responsibilities and start dxping again and do nothing, I'm just kidding. But don't get too busy in real life like work and school only because that's sucks haha. Anyway I hope you visit dxp more often like you do before.

I have 2 virgos colleagues. We work on a project together by chance. They seemed kind, soft and laid back in daily. So I have did the same to them, soft and kind, include on work.
I dont know how hectic and busy they are when in another project/work. All I know, one virgo usually replied to my discussion so long, needed hours to reply. I am still okay with that. But happened to Another virgo. Once upon a time, I proposed a meeting schedule to discuss something important to her. She just replied kind of chit chat, but it also needed hours to reply, without answering the meeting schedule proposal. My last message also didnt be seen to her at all! Until a week later, I think I was done with that. I initiated to set the meeting and sent to all members by email, with the time I proposed before. Couples of second, she responded on a group chat, that she isnt available on that time and proposed another day. Yeah I was like mad. I replied her on that group chat, I told like "pleaseeee inform and feedback to me as soon as possible, I have told you that I also have appointment on another day, and I believe other people also have another appointment, not only you!!" I am okay if she cant and propose another day, but the issue is that she didnt respond to mine. Even needed a week to respond. While I also managed all of my meetings in another projects. She knew it.
Somehow that reply brought 2 virgo like kind of alarm to them, and responded as fast as lamborghini cars, and initiated to manage win-win time. They also sent personal message like want to help considering to that meeting and project. Afterwards, they were quick and active on that group chat.
So all virgo have to receive confrontation to get attention—! I cant imagine myself If I have to be mad and stubborn everytime I deal and discuss to them. ?
